Waited for someone at the speaker board to answer and when they did they kept saying what? I tried to slowly articulate myself and the girl just could not get my order down. Waited 12 minutes at the window before someone finally greeted me and jerked their hand out for my card. Slammed the window shut after and walked off. Waited another 4 minutes before getting my drink. The manager was rude at the window too when I had to repeat myself for the third time that yes I wanted salsa.
I just wanted to try the new caramel bourbon iced coffee as it looked like Sonic was stepping up their coffee game to what competitors offer. Received something that looks more like a temu knockoff. The taste was very bland and didn’t taste like coffee. The breakfast burrito had dry crusty eggs and the salsa packets were covered in dried salsa on the outside which should be a food safety concern for the franchise owners.
Will not be coming back to the location or any others under this franchise if this is what they have to offer customers in terms of service, food quality and safety

Worst service I’ve had at this place, they couldn’t understand when explained I wanted a supersonic breakfast burrito and an ultimate meat cheese breakfast burrito they had no idea what it was despite being on the menu for years now so had to explain what it was they said they got it figured out. Then ordered a combo with tater tots. Well should of checked to make sure they got the order right before I left got home both burritos were completely wrong neither was what I ordered instead got both with just eggs and burnt bacon and on the combo they didn’t even give me my tots. I would recommend avoiding this location.

They always get my stuff right, one of the carhops (didn’t get her name) covered the rest of my total because I was short a couple dollars and she seemed very happy about it. Definitely gonna tip her good next time i see her. The employees are very sweet and they’re trying their very best. This sonic is very much worth it, as long as you don’t go during a rush. If you’ve ever worked in food you understand the struggle, and if you’ve haven’t then give a little bit of respect for these amazing girls!!

I just brought home food from this sonic. The shakes were good and the chicken sandwich was ok. But the footlong chili coney was gross. I have been getting chili conveys from another sonic with no problems. But this one was not good at all. Tasted like it was on the grill for a few seconds then put on the bun. Barely any chili on it. It was straight up gross.

First, a guy came out to take my order because the speaker was broken and didn’t bring anything with him to write things down. I’ve been a bartender, so I was just like, “Okay, maybe he’s got a good memory?” I ordered a #5 with pickles and mustard only, tator tots, and a Dr. Pepper, and a wag cup. No other Sonic locations ever charge for a wag cup if I’m ordering food, but this one d me .99. Okay, whatever. I pay for my food, and when they bring my 99 cent wag cup, it’s only half full and is the tiniest cup, like they used it for sauce or something. It’s smaller than the standard one at all other Sonics. Whatever, now I know… so I head home and when I get there I open my burger to eat… and it’s covered in mayo and onions. If you can not remember one order, write it down. And if you’re going to charge 99 cents for a wag cup, make it an appropriate size. This is my second stop at this location, and the first was the same as this- crappy. I will never go back here. I’ll drive to the one on Memorial where my food is always correct and they are kind to my dog. Horrible use of $12.

We visited Sonic because we tried their food once in Kentucky and loved it we just knew their food is generally good. Plus it’s late things were closed we wanted something else… However, this time, the experience was disappointing. The fries appeared old or overcooked, the burgers looked strange and aged, the mozzarella sticks were not cooked at all, and the chicken tenders seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Feeling like we would probably get sick, we decided to give our food to our dog instead.
On the bright side, the customer service was excellent. However, the food itself lacked love and care. As a foodie family, I have a keen sense of taste and can tell when something is not prepared well. It’s a shame that we wasted $37 on such subpar quality.

I would not recommend this location at all. Their location obviously didn’t have an order system that worked because they literally wrote down our order. But they aaked us several times to repeat our order and even had to have someone else get on to hear us because the outside speaker was playing music so loud. They brought the order put and you guessed it was wrong. We told them we were missing tots and the carhop went inside to tell them after saying theyre going to want the whole order back. I said well ive unpacked the whole order in not giving it back. She comes and aays the inside people said they got our order right but she brought us tots anyway. I ate one bite of my chicken and instantly felt nauseous. The other person that ordered chicken had a hair in her food. Worse location I’ve ever been to.

I asked THREE TIMES while ordering at the drive thru to go easy on the ice on my drink. All I ordered was the drink. It wasn’t that hard to get it. It was more than half full of ice. Sonic, we’re having a parting of the ways. You’re overpriced and I am not willing to pay $3.79 for a cup of ice. I can get 20 pounds of ice for that price. But I wasn’t ordering ice. I was ordering a DRINK. Not a SIP.
