The service was okay and the atmosphere was a bit dull, but the food was good and the prices were standard for today’s market. With a little work, it could easily be a five-star rating.
To improve:
Service: Be more attentive and keep up with drink refills.
Ambiance: Spruce up the entryway and dining area.

This was my first time trying Monicals, and I was not impressed. The pizza is very generic, there’s nothing special about it. I ordered the deluxe, and it tasted like the ingredients were just thrown on top at the last minute and the crust was floppy. I did not enjoy it, and will not be returning.

I have never been so embarrassed to serve guests food! I ordered two pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni and sausage. Every single guest left pizza on their plates that I had to throw away. Frozen Totinos would have been better. The toppings were were pitiful and there were burnt pieces fell off the underside of the crust. I sent a message to the management but no reply.

Great place with amazing staff! I called and asked a bunch of question. The staff member went to his manager and made sure all of my questions were answered. I ordered two gluten free pizzas for delivery to a public area and they were able to accommodate it. The delivery driver was fantastic! The pizzas were delicious!

I have been ordering from monicals for a while and have never had any issues until lately.The last 3 orders have all been wrong. On 2 of them they have given me an order that i did not make after i had to drive there to pick up and then wait another 15 mins while they made my actual order. This last time was delivery and i made sure when talking to them, they had the order correct and said it would be about 30 mins. an hour later i had to call to check on the order. When the order showed up, not everything I ordered was delivered. I called and spoke with Matt who said he was the manager and after having to tell him twice what was wrong, he said he can have someone bring out the rest of the order after they finish all thier other deliveries. I told him to not bother and that I will just stop ordering from them to which his reply was “thats fine, not a problem”. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Thin crust just ok pizza. Had a lunch buffet wish they had a salad to offer. It seems like they brought out the same pizza. A little variety would have been nice.

Great pizza! But very pricey. Moved here not long ago and took a chance on a new pizza place. It’s our new favorite! Wish they had more sausage on the pizza- there is always a ton of ham. Just lacking sausage. We usually order extra.
