I come in here every once in a while to grab a bite to eat and sometimes I am met with a woman who is dismissive and just does not care about customer service, being on the phone instead of attending to clients, ignoring questions, etc. It leaves you feeling like you shouldn’t have bothered walking in. And it’s only happened with the same person each time, no other workers necessarily.
