My boyfriend and I come here often-mostly through the drive through, but sometimes we go inside. In the drive through they’re usually busy, but they are still efficient and when mistakes are made they always replace the drink for free. Inside the atmosphere is super chill and relaxed. All staff is always super kind and treats people as people and not just a drink to make. I love coming here!

Asked for 2 ICED carnal macchiatos. Only one in drive thru at 12pm on a Thursday. Takes 10 min then hands me two HOT ones and now 5 cars behind me lined up. When I said I wanted them Iced she said no I just asked for 2 Carmel machiatos. After I paused to confirm what she just said lets me know if I want I can come around and go inside while they remake them. No sorry. No refund. No sorry for the wait. Only reason I stopped by was gift card from Christmas. This is why everyone’s going to 7 Brew!!!

This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve visited. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I’ve spent several days working here and during each visit, the team has checked in to offer mug refills and even brought around samples. Would recommend.

Took a bag of beans to the register and asked to have them coarse ground. Ended up paying $20 for them to grind it fine and ruin the bag. What a waste. I watched someone return a drink at the drive thru while I waited for them to incorrectly ground my beans. If they can’t ground the beans correctly how in the world can they make any drinks on the menu?

Every time we go to this location they screw up my order. I only go there if I have enough time so they can remake it in case my orders wrong. They also add way too much syrup in their drinks. It’s like drinking pure sugar. Sucks because it’s right by my house but at least there’s 2 others close by. These employees need some training.

Really disappointed to have just missed Kenny G on my recent visit! But this Starbucks is so new it still has has its “new Starbucks” smell. Plenty of seating to gather and a drive-thru to boot if you choose to be anti-social. Friendly staff and yummy beverages.

I really tried to like this Starbucks. Everytime I pulled up to the drive thru I’m met with silence and not even a “what can I get for you” prompting me to not even know if anyone is there for me to order. When I do order they ALWAYS mess up my drink In some way. When I asked for a refund, they said they gave me a refund but they did now. Clearly the manager needs to do something about his/her employees and training them to actually speak when they see a car pull up to the drive thru as well as a refresher on how to make coffee. I’m sorry but I won’t be coming to this Starbucks again. I’ve given it enough chances.

I came here for the first time today, and I must say it’s a lovely place. It looks nice and clean, and the service was very nice. Since I got a drink to try for the first time that I didn’t exactly like, they let me get a replacement with no problem and were overall very nice about it.
