O
We ordered a delivery on a cold night.

We ordered the shu mai, shrimp har gow, and the dinner combo. The dinner combo included almond chicken, chow mein , a beef with veggie stir fry and egg rolls. The shu mai is huge! Worth the price, I’m not sure if they grind their own pork but there were a couple fat pieces in the filing, which we didn’t mind. The har gow were also very good.

The combo dinner hit the spot. I had been craving noodles and American style Chinese. The almond chicken hit the spot. We enjoyed that the beef veggie stir fry had snap peas and water chestnuts! The combo also came with egg flower soup! What a quality value this combo was.

This dinner hit the spot for us.

Got a single person take out to have on the train to Vancouver. Staff was really helpful and welcoming 🙂 Portions were really generous too. Happy to support this small town Chinese restaurant!

Had an amazing experience at Jade Garden and the food was on point. I have lived in Everett for quite some time born and raised here in Washington State and never before have I been to this Chinese restaurant and OMG what was I missing overall. The service and food was excellent as I had the Mandarin Chicken and sweet and sour pork dinner combination with BBQ pork fried rice, before the meal came with two lraens and an egg roll with wonton soup. Highly recommend this establishment. I would say it’s the best Chinese food I’ve had in Everett.

I and my colleague eat here a couple times per week for lunch. I also lived in Asia for close to a decade.

Jade Garden is perhaps the best Chinese food I have had on this side of the Pacific.

We regularly order General Tso’ (beef or chicken), Mongolian Beef, Sesame Beef, or Curry Beef. Portions are awesome for the lunch set price ($13.50), and come with rice and soup (I always get the Hot and Sour).

Beyond that there is a Dim Sum menu, which the owner (Sue) cooks herself. I LOVE dim sum and this is some of the absolute best. She cooks in Hong Kong style (which is where she hails from), and has clearly perfected the art over a lifetime.

The food is incredibly clean and fresh in terms of ingredient quality and preparation, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is pleasant.

Sue is incredibly friendly and helpful, as well as her family, who together run this restaurant.

I honestly would give it 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

This is my first time eating at Jade Garden and I ordered takeout online and my order was ready in 25 minutes. The food was hot and flavorful. Nothing was too salty or overly sauced. Some of the dishes varied from what I’m used to but we’re still good. At this time there is no eating at the restaurant. Parking is pretty tight in the area as it’s all street parking but access is easy.

I went here for the first time on Christmas. The hostess told me they only really do reservations on Christmas because they get so busy with DoorDash, but since it was just me and my toddler it would probably be ok so she sat us anyway. The server never even looked at us, and never came over to take a simple drink order. We waited for awhile and when a group came in that had a reservation, the server attended to them immediately. I couldn’t believe it. I also noticed that the prices on DoorDash are about $5 higher per dish, so that’s probably why they didn’t just turn off DoorDash and focus on the people who actually show up.

Lots of hot delicious food just a major treat for your taste buds. John is an excellent cook, a master of the wok. I have traveled Asia and this is world-class wok icooking.

I just love the Smokey fresh taste the wok brings, especially to his Mongolian beef, which can sometimes be a challenge to cook tenderly. But this is as good as it gets. And two level spicy is just right for me.

I love the BBQ fried rice that comes standard with the number three single dinner under the special style section.

Jade garden is one of my favorite places to come to in Everett, especially now that we’ve moved up near Canada

Sue is such a delight and a gracious host. I ask for their honey lemon mayonnaise (that they serve with the honey walnut prawns) as a side because it’s just so creamy and lemony. My order also came with a huge cup of a sweet and sour sauce and when the fried food came they didn’t have it slathered already in sour sauce to make it go limp. You can add as much as you like and have some leftover to take home. Yum! Yum.

One of the innovations I love is they serve such huge portions that they know you’re going to take some home so they serve it in the to-go containers right off the bat. Even when you’re dining in; with the extra money they save, they spend it on their lavish portions of perfectly cooked food. I love the forward thinking.

Today I got the combo dinner number three, which I really recommend that you get anytime of day It gives you a whole variety of stuff. I have barbecued pork fried rice, sweet and sour pork, fried shrimp, Mongolian beef and wonton soup. it comes with tea and water

They also have a full lunch menu from 11:00 to 3:00 which comes with appetizers, chow mein or fried rice and your choice of entrees.

I got a side order of mixed vegetables to go, which is a big container full of food for the price. Great value for the money.

This is one of the few places that does a really good honey walnut prawns where the sauce does not taste too Cornstarchy. I like to get small sauce container so I have something to take home. LP

They have a good takeout clientele but they also have a lot of people that come in for their lunch break and they need something hot and ready to go.

Jade garden is the only place in the area. I know that has an all-day dim sum menu of your choice of steamed and baked goodies

The other diner got the shu mai dumplings, the pork dumplings and the shrimp dumpling with chives

she was really really happy with it. Her pork dumpling she took with her because they were too hot to eat but she said the shu mai portions in other places were much smaller. The Jade garden dumplings were like twice as big as what she was used to. So she felt she got a really good value here and she’s going to bring her friends back.

This is a nice, clean, family run restaurant that deserves you to stop by and give yourself a taste treat.

There seems to be ample parking in both the front and the side of the building, although I didn’t spot any accessibility spaces.

Made a reservation, granted it was Christmas Day, however there were ONLY 4 tables, we waited over an hour for just our soup. When food finally began coming out 1 meal at a time came out for our table so each person was fine before the the other. Our soup came out AFTER our entire meal. Totally ridiculous. Either prepare for people or close!! Not very restaurant savvy to have them yelling at one another in the kitchen either.

Jade Garden has some of the best Dim Sum I have had since living in the area. This unassuming restaurant has great service, and a homely atmosphere just like eating at my relatives house.

When you go you have to try the Phoenix claws!
