THE SWEETEST little (older) lady was working the counter mid day on Monday, 12/8. She was very friendly, made and held eye contact as if she was truly listening and she had an authentic and personable smile. It was as if she was very happy to be taking and serving my single order of crinkle-cut fries! Young people take note. She was accustomed to actual human interaction, and seemed herself to be a lovely human being. Arby’s, it’s in your best interest to keep her. I don’t usually eat at Arby’s. I only walked in because my car was getting tires next door, it was mid-day, and I was a little hungry. SHE made me want to return. I heard her tell the kitchen crinkle-cut, but my bag had curly fries when it arrived. I told her, she smiled took it, and dealt with the kitchen (they had to cook up some crinkle cut), then delivered my correct fries to the dining room. Her eager to please customer service was SO REFRESHING. Like I said, it’s in your best interest to keep her. She’s great. And she should be your standard.

Got the gyro wrap meal and it was perfectly good the problem was the drink and the amount of ice. This is ridiculous. I took it home and measured out how much water the Cup held with that much ice in it. I got 10 oz out of a 20 oz cup.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was greeted and treated like an old friend. The lobby is always clean and the restroom as well. The whole staff is Pleasant Polite and Professional. We visited this Arby’s for the first time today, using the drive thru. When we got to our destination, we discovered that the beef & cheddar had Arby’s sauce on it and my kiddo does not like sauce. We came back through the drive thru and explained that we need another beef & cheddar without any sauce and that I am happy to pay for it. They refused to let us pay for the new sandwich and were so kind and lovely. I will visit this location again and patronize them every chance I get when I have a hankering for an Arby’s classic beef sandwich (& now also when my kid wants a beef & cheddar – he loved it!)

Everytime I’ve come here I’ve had the best experience and have been treated really well. The employees are nice, the service is speedy, and the food is always fresh and hot. I had a big order this time and Kennedi was very patient with me. I’m going to recommend this location to all my friends and family.

I ordered the beef and cheddar. It was great with one exception. There was too much cheese sauce. I have never gotten a beef and cheddar with so much cheese sauce. It was really challenging to eat. Cheese sauce everywhere.

Salad was fresh, 5 piece tender meal was a little disappointing. If the tenders are going to be that small they should throw some more in there at what they charge, otherwise a decent meal and the lady at the window was sweet.
**Edit***Decided to eat in the restaurant this time. I can’t really grip about the food, it is what it is, fast food. BUT, for heaven’s sake can we mop the floor. My flip flop stuck to the sticky floor and I kept going, barefoot.
