Cute little spot. Some stuff was spot on and others had weird flavors. Not the best but certainly not the worst. May return to try their other offerings. Perfect for when you get that Tonkotsu Ramen craving and need a quick fix! (Had it, loved, forgot to snap a pic)

We had the Stuffed Avocado & Tofu Pho. Both were delicious! Our food was prepared quickly. (For reference, we dined in on a Monday night with a few other customers there.) My husband had the Jasmine Tea & loved it! It has a real flower in it for beautiful presentation. For dessert, we had the Matcha Cheesecake & Matcha Ice Cream. Matcha flavor was good, yet not overpowering. It had a little crumble on top. Delicious too!

If I could I would give ZAAB Bistro 10 stars for excellence in quality, fusion of flavors, generous portions and wonderful service!
The menu offers a variety of entree from authentic Japanese barbecue, teriyaki vegetables with a choice of protein, pho and ramen soups along with hand cut steaks and more. ZAAB has a fully stocked bar and of course a variety of Sakai’s.
My husband and I started with a beautiful jasmine tea. It was served in a clear glass mug in order for the guests to see the attractive bundle of green tea leaves, jasmine and vibrant flowers. The aromatic blend is intoxicating.
My husband ordered the rib eye steak with the garlic mashed potatoes. He was extremely pleased with his meal. A dinner salad is included with entrees. I highly recommend the house dressing, a ginger vinaigrette.
I chose the teriyaki vegetables with perfectly grilled, beef tenderloin medallions. When Lek, our server and one of the owners, presented our meals, my jaw dropped to the floor!
The 3 filet medallions that adorned the top of a platter of vegetables, were thick, perfectly cooked and absolutely mouth watering. The bed of vegetables that lay underneath was a vivid array of colors, flavorful and fresh! This dish was accompanied by a side of jasmine rice, its lovely aroma and flavor enhanced the already delicious tastes.
We finished off our dinner with ZAAB’s take on an apple dumpling ( a croissant stuffed with apple slices and baked to a perfect golden brown. Its buttery, apple awesomeness was paired with French vanilla ice cream.
The service was excellent and so was Sam, who made sure our water glasses were full and any empty plates were taken away.
I wholeheartedly recommend ZAAB Bistro and Japanese Fusion restaurant!!!!

I was going to go across the street, but it looked a little bit busy and I just love Pho so I choose ZAAB. Very nice atmosphere, clean friendly and very quick to service. I went for the beef Pho and I could not believe how delicious the flavor was. I’ve had Pho many times before, but this really had to be the most delicious of all.I didn’t even want to ruin it by adding the sauces or even a lime. Do you have a full service bar?Lots of choices there in the food is reasonably priced. When i’m in the mood, I’ll be back.

Quiet and peaceful setting. The chicken and shrimp hibachi was very good. One of the best within 30 minutes from our home. The ginger salad was also a perfect starter. The kids loved the chicken Ramen and I thought it had decent flavor for how they asked for it. Will definitely come back in the future. *note there is no hibachi grill and show here but the food is definitely authentic with ginger being the main source of flavoring.
