We had the salami/ cheese plate to start, kale Cesar (good/ large portion), tomato bisque (looked like a bowl of marinara, flavor was right, texture was weird), filet (meat cooked great, the sides weren’t) and the herb crusted walleye (see below) . The service and atmosphere were great but the food options for gluten free were super limited. We do not recommend the walleye, it was pretty “fishy” tasting and the glaze on it tasted like syrup was poured over the top and did not go well with the crust. For the beautiful dining room and fireplace atmosphere, the food quality did not match.

Food and service were good. But since the pandemic, the level of customer service and excellence is lacking everywhere. They took 15 to 20 minutes to address my table. The carving and omelets table had one server and took a long time. Price level is excellent and the added live piano player was a bonus!

Fantastic dining experience! We were there for the $49 steak and lobster evening. Amazing value for a 4 course dinner! Would highly recommend coming on a Friday night. Our waitress was attentive and took great care of us. Very clean restaurant with awesome views.

Everything we ordered was amazing! I celebrated my best friends birthday here and we loved the views of thr marina by the window and the cozy fireplace indoor. Gustavo was our waiter and he was funny, knowledgeable and really attentive even when the restaurant started getting busier. Our least favorite was the fried calamari (ours tasted a bit rubbery) but everything else we ordered was AMAZING and he even brought a birthday Ice-cream and chocolate cake at the end! We had an awesome time!!

3.5 Stars. 240 West Restaurant can be excellent but also inconsistent in food quality. We love the Buffet meals. Ordering from the menu, though, had mixed results. Food was cold, steak mediocre, service very slow.

Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff is nice and friendly, and most importantly able to successfully accommodate a celiac party member (gluten free) without any issue. Much appreciated evening out!

Wonderful resturant inside the Abby Hotel and Resort. We went for the buffet on Saturday and Sunday. The Saturday buffet had a wide selection of food beyond a Continental menu. Sunday included mimosas, prime rib, and made to order omelets. There was so much food, it covered two spaces! I know the next time I am there, I will be going back.

In all honesty one of the top five steak restaurants I have ever experienced in my life and I have been to many! Wife and I had New York strip and Prime Rib and they were massive! The shrimp cocktail portion of course was unreal tasty and large portion. I can’t wait to go back to Abbey and this restaurant!!!

Absolutely outstanding. BEST fine dining in the area. The service was spectacular. Our server, Ed, was very good; he was friendly and fun, who knew the menu very well. Our food was off the charts delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly! The filet, the salmon, the short ribs, our appetizer… it was all so good! I’ve lived in the area for 5 years and finally went. Now I know what all the fuss is about. We WILL be going back, 100%.

Excellent service and great food! Our waitress (Levy) was sweet and friendly. We went with the sun/thur special and had the salmon and ribeye entress with house salad and lobster bisque. Delicious! Kindly accepted our request to substitute the risotto for garlic potatoes. The crème brûlée dessert was perfect. My only issue was the AC was lacking and the flies were bugging us. I will visit again when in the area.
