So excited Charm reopened at its new location! We loved them before and they are back better than ever! The new restaurant is beautifully decorated with Thai-inspired decor and a large colorful mural of Thailand. The furniture and bar are comfortable and inviting. I love all the natural wood tables and mesmerizing light fixtures. Plenty of space and varying table sizes to accommodate different size groups or couples. I mostly ordered takeout before, which they still accommodate, but I enjoy sitting for dine-in too now with the new chic atmosphere. Onto the best part – the new menu; yum! I love their Charm platter app, Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Yellow Curry and Mango Fried Rice. So glad they kept my favorites on the menu and are just as delicious! They also have many new dishes to try and their menu is easy to follow with a large selection. They seemed a little short staffed so be patient and avoid peek hours if you are in a hurry, but their food is definitely worth waiting for. Everyone who works here is so kind and courteous. I love that they are authentic and family owned! Always happy to support local, small businesses. Even though they moved farther away from where I live, I’ll continue to remain a loyal customer! My favorite Thai restaurant in this area. Absolutely worth checking out and returning time and time again!

The food was some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a very long time. The green curry was absolutely delicious and I’m thinking about going back in the next few days to get it again.

The appetizer, spring rolls, were fresh and packed full of vegetables and nothing tasted like it was frozen and cooked. Everything tasted very fresh. The pad Thai was absolutely delicious and really did stand out among other dishes that I’ve had.

The service was kind of poor. The hostess just looked at us when we walked in. I had to say two people, and then she just pointed at a booth. Other than that, the waitress was not unfriendly. It was just very matter of fact and very blunt. But honestly, the food was so good. I would go back no matter what.

I think they are opening another restaurant in Braeland Village, which is super exciting

The lunch prices were decent. The staff was nice but very timid. The place seems to cut corners on quality. The dining ware was plastic and the ice water was disgusting. We asked for no ice and there was a distinct difference in taste-they need to clean the ice machine.
Nothing tastes authentic and they didn’t even add spice when we asked for Thai hot! Something was off with the curry and it just tasted like they used coconut cream and not coconut milk and added no spices. They don’t serve jasmine rice, just plain white rice. The layout is weird too because there’s lots of open spaces where they don’t have tables.

Wow, We ordered pickup tonight we have not been since it was at the Kroger location and was not sure it was still good after the move. Wow they were on point we got pad woon sen and Pad thai with coconut soup all medium spice. It was definitely closer to us now that we live in Senoia. Only downside I remember it is smaller portions compared to Chinese food but really happy with the quality.

I have been to Charm twice since they have reopened at their new location in Braelinn Village. The interior is very lovely and so far all the entrees and appetizers we have tried are excellent. The three specialty cocktails we’ve tried were also fantastic. We are looking forward to going again soon!

Me and my family tried this for the first time today at lunch. The service was good and the atmosphere is nice, but the coconut soup was tasty and thin. My garlic beef was way too salty, and the sauce was thin. I won’t be going back for my Thai food there I will go to Tried and , Thai spice instead.

They still have a lot of work and practice to do for taking orders and service all together. It was extremely disappointing and disorganized. They kept bringing us the wrong order. The food was expensive and very small portions. There was even a 4% + charge if you use a credit card plus a minimum of 18% gratuity for 2 people. The atmosphere was very nice, but unfortunately we won’t be back.

Was hoping to fix a Thai food craving and this is one of a few restaurants in PTC. Unfortunately the food lacks flavor. Ordered drunken noodles, Thai wings and beef stew and all of them needed additional seasoning. Maybe the restaurant lessened its cooking techniques to appeal to the masses, and I won’t be returning. The money I spent could have been on ingredients to make a better version at home.

Stopped by for lunch and wasn’t really impressed. Service was quick and good. Our waitress was attentive but the food was subpar. We ordered Thai spring rolls, coconut soup with shrimp, pananag curry with shrimp, plum wine, and calamari. Compared to others, the plum wine was excessively sweet. Alongside this, their sodas taste like pure syrup. The coconut soup lacked flavors and spices that I’d had before. The spring rolls taste like the ones you get from the frozen section from the grocer. Portion sizes were smaller than small. Will not be back.
