I did an online order tonight for a large deep dish supreme pizza. It arrived, and when I put into it, the dough was completely uncooked. I called the store to see if they could send me another pizza. First, the manager said she did not think it was possible for the dough to be uncooked. Second, she said, I should’ve keyed into the online order that I wanted it cooked well done. Finally, when I sent a picture of the pizza to her cell phone, she said I could come back up to the store and get another pizza free of charge. The point is, I did not want to leave my house and that is why I ordered pizza delivery. If I wanted to go get the pizza in the first place I would’ve done that. I asked for her manager’s name and she said she could not talk anymore and hung up on me.

Came here for a pepperoni pizza and got it fast like 30 seconds. There was one instance where they did run out of pizza at around 6 to 7 in the afternoon. Other than that it’s quick and easy for a simple pepperoni pizza. I do always see people waiting for their pizza but we have never ordered anything.

Everyone stood around in the back doing nothing while I waited. I don’t know what they really do here all day but it isn’t make pizzas. I came away glad they were working there. While they are working THERE they aren’t trashing my business by working for me.

Horrible service from this location! Matt the manager is ridiculously rude. He hung up on me after providing no solution to my online order that they messed up. Missing 3 out of 6 items. DO NOT GIVE THIS RESTAURANT A TRY!

Do not eat here. They are serving you sauce that has been left out and they bring dough from other stores that’s many days old, when it’s not left rotting in the machine. The owner is a joke that won’t pay his people. The drains reek of rotting meat and nothing gets sanitized, ever. The place is being held together by dry dough, black mold, and a leaking air conditioner.

I’m so over this store. Decent pizza, decent price, however, that’s IF you can get your order anymore.
1) They never have any hot and ready pizzas. Get classic cheese and that is SUPPOSE to be a grab and go.
2) Showed up at 8pm couple of weeks back, but closed even though it says 9pm on door. They had left well before 8pm.
3) They had not used their drive through in probably a year even though that store was bleeders to have one.
4) Today streams of families were walking up to go inside only to find this gem… Don’t really understand why they couldn’t take your order in person, only online. Don’t have cash just say Card Only. These people drove out of their way to spend their hard earned cash… they had taken the time to get their kids out of the car…
Since I couldn’t go inside I just walked around the corner to the window. Guy had been sitting for awhile and no one had came to the window. He left, so walk up and just kept stomping on the rubber hose to notify them someone was here. Bout 2 minutes of stomping on it a guy and girl come walking around the corner together. Neither could have came to the window or peeked around the corner to single give me just a second?
Had peeked in and NO one was there, so don’t know if they were in the cooler doing the nasty or smoking weed. Either way they couldn’t hear the damn bell for like 2 minutes?????
Seriously if you can’t figure it out just close the place or sell it. Never got my order I walked away.

I ordered pizza from this little Caesars on the pizza app. I prepaid for my pizza. When I get there at noon, the time it states it would be ready, the store was closed. I called the phone number and it stated disconnected. The place didn’t have a sign that stated closed for a particular reason. Just be warned if ordering pizza through the little Caesars app the store might not be open. I am contacting customer service for a refund, but since these stores are franchise. It could be anyone’s guess if I will see my $17 again.
