Only ONE gripe.
The pickles need to be put in some sort of sealable plastic baggie. They are delicious and very juicy. So the juice ends up everywhere inside the paper bag. Please, help us out – it’s nearly impossible to order a pickle and eat it without creating a larger mess.

I went through the Jimmy John’s drive-thru late tonight and was really impressed by the night shift crew. The workers were professional and efficient. The employee at the window was friendly, double-checked my order, and made sure everything was correct. Even though it was late, my sandwich was ready in no time. It was fresh, perfectly wrapped, and exactly how I wanted it. The whole team seemed to be working smoothly together, which made the experience feel seamless and quick. The professionalism of the staff stood out, and it made my late night stop a wonderful experience.

Jimmy John’s, in general, is very fast and accurate, which is why we’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for this long, however this particular location has gotten our order wrong three out of three times. This veggie sandwich was $9, and was obviously supposed to have lots of added vegetables, which were added online and are clearly listed on the receipt.

Atmosphere is 1 because I was in the drive through. JJ, you did me wrong. First time ever and I am highly disappointed. I put my order in at the drive through and when I got to the window they didn’t have an order for me, not that it wasn’t ready whomever took it NEVER ENTERED IT INTO THE SYSTEM. How does that even work? What were they doing? Then, I gave my order again, face to face and the employee read it back to me completely wrong. I mean, I speak English and it appeared that English was this guy’s first language also but still. Sandwiches got finished he handed them out the window and only gave us one drink and no chips that I ordered. Had to wait for that while the kid looked at the receipt like I was lying. They had about 6 employees in there working and it seemed like they were making it up as they went along. All this being said, my sandwich didn’t have peppers on it that I ordered and that were annotated on the receipt. Maybe a bad day, but it’s not like I ordered something that they don’t normally make.

Edit: The wrong was righted. The replacement sub I got was packed with roast beef and delicious.
I ordered a roast beef sub, and when I got it, there was literally ONE pathetic slice of roast beef, on HALF of the sub. Ridiculous. I paid almost 20 dollars for delivery and barely got a sub. It was messy, there was almost no mayo. What a disappointment.

We have gone here a couple times recently and now that I’m finding things I like on the menu, I decided I would start going there a few times a week.
So when I ordered today, I created a rewards account. I got there 15 minutes after ordering but my pickup order wasn’t on the shelf so I got my drink and had a seat. 10 minutes later it still wasn’t out and track my order said it was still in process, so I got up and asked how much longer it would be.
That’s when I found out it had been completed and was sitting in the back. No one bothered to put it out front, or show it was complete in the order tracker, or just tell me since I’m the only customer in the place so I don’t sit there for no reason waiting for them to finish an order that’s already finished. I wont be back.
