Detroit Inspired Pizza + Cocktails. We don’t just make pizza, we build it… from the crust up. We started in pursuit of the perfect crust and found our inspiration in the sturdy, square steel pans historically found holding nuts and bolts in a machine shop. Then we rolled up our sleeves and went to work, crafting dough from hand and baking it in those same steel pans until we had a Detroit-style crust that’s crisp, lacy and brown on the bottom and tender-yet-chewy in the middle—a solid foundation for layers of cheese, and whatever inventive topping combinations we come up with next.

Lets get to it! This pizza was by far one of the best I’ve ever had! Deep dish, not too heavy, sweet sauce, toppings were proportional. Salad was outstanding and yes, salads can be boring or fantastic. Three types of colored carrots, and dressing was delicious. NEVER expected a pizza and salad to make my night but it did. Love the pink themed menu and cocktails were great. Even the chocolate mints at the end of service are a nice touch. Will definitely be back. Well done DOLA!

We had seen a post about this place and thought we’d give it a try. We were NOT disappointed! We got the Dinner Deal for $49.95 which included 2 pizzas of our choice, a salad of our choice and a batch of dipsticks plus we ordered an additional order of the Rosies Royale chip platter. The portions were very large and all of the food was FANTASTIC!!! We will definitely be coming back and bringing friends!!

Pizza and drinks were DELICIOUS! If you like excellent pizza, and especially well executed Detroit style pizza, this place is for YOU! Not a huge place so you might have to wait a bit if you don’t arrive early. But it is well worth the wait.

We found this hidden gem from social media! My husband and I enjoyed a nice hour long country drive to Dover just to try Dola Jeans and it DID NOT disappoint!! The atmosphere is very welcoming, charming and friendly! We were greeted and taken to a table right away. Our server was prompt and attentive. The menu offers some very unique and interesting combinations that we cannot wait to go back and try! They have small plates, salads and pizza as well as beer and wine. My husband had the Daddy O (pepperoni, local made sausage, roasted mushrooms and house marinara). I had the Whipper Snapper (caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms topped with whipped ricotta). My husband enjoyed his (I’m not a fan of sausage so, it wasn’t my favorite). I, too, very much enjoyed the Whipper Snapper! Everyone in the front of the house stopped by to check on us and we were approached by the owner (after we mentioned to one of the wait staff that social media brought us in). The owner was very friendly and kind and talked to us for several minutes. If you have an opportunity to stop and give this a try, 10/10 recommend!! We are already talking about going back!!

We came for pizza for a birthday night out and it didn’t disappoint! The server was very friendly and even made suggestions. They gave the birthday girl a piece of cheesecake and we all ordered desert too. The hard cider was on tap and was the best in the area. I love how modern and open the space is; super clean bathrooms too. Definitely will be back!

Usually I only like New York/thin crust pizza but this is PHENOMENAL.The dough texture is perfect, quality ingredients, and friendly service. 1st time here and just had the best pizza of my life. Bada-Bing was my choice and I’m so happy for it. Had a little bit of a wait because of the evening crowd and weekend but it was worth it. Really cozy place in Dover, smaller than I expected. Very clean, the staff was smiling and accommodating for everyone. Detroit style pizza, crispy-cheesy crust that was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!
