First timer! Have sold this brand in a local independent grocery store but had never tried it, until yesterday. Service was average, but our order was AMAZING! My daughter had a latte, that was pleasantly not too sweet. I had the signature house blend (black) and we shared the rosemary bagel with black pepper and thyme cream cheese. All I can say is that combo was one of the best bagels I have had. It’s a must try!

Erie Island in Rocky River is a wonderful coffee shop! The coffee is excellent, and the pastries are fantastic. A pleasant surprise find at Ely Square in Elyria, Ohio. They have a large coffee menu, with all the espresso, latte, cappuccino, and cold brew variations you could want, as well as a breakfast/lunch menu and delicious baked goods. Very nice place!

The drive thru line is shockingly slow. Once you finally get to the speaker to order, they won’t be able to hear you unless you are literally screaming your order. Don’t believe me and have 30 minutes to waste? Go try it.
This wait truly tests your patience. You want to leave because it’s been such a long wait, but then you’ve waited so long, you’ll feel defeated that you already wasted 20 min of your life. I wrote this entire review while waiting in the drive through line 🙂 sigh…do better!

The worst cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Dry, bland, and not sweet. Ordered a latte and the coffee flavor was not very strong, like steamed milk mixed with normal beans. Quality latte art from the barista, but it didn’t make up for the low quality product.

Been here before and good coffee but very slow. There were 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-through. Waited 22 mins and still didn’t move up in line to order. No coffee shop should take that long to fulfill orders. I left and went to Starbucks up the road. Another car did the same

I hate leaving semi-negative reviews.
I ordered, they said they were out of bagels. Turns out they weren’t as they yelled “86 rosemary bagels” several minutes after making my order—they had several varieties.
Then I waited quite a while until I got my sandwiches (no big deal if that’s all, but it’s not), they gave me my order and then took them back when they forgot a pastry. I waited again for quite a while for my sandwiches and wound up getting the wrong order—I had a club and a breakfast sandwich. I got two breakfast sandwiches instead.
Drinks are good.
Workers are young, a few of them are hard workers, but many looked confused and moved at a snail’s pace.
Would I come here again? Yes, probably because drinks were good. I wouldn’t get food though. The vibe is cute though. Kind of a suburban yacht club kinda feel.
TLDR: took too long, got the wrong food. Drinks were good.
