I’ll never get food from this particular store again. The counter person wouldn’t honor the coupon that I had; it was the type of coupon that comes in the weekly mail inserts. Most stores accept these, no problem : Arby’s,Dairy Queen, etc. And she was rude about it, too.

Surprisingly good KFC bucket of original. The drive through attendant was smiling and polite. A bit pricey at $25 for a 12 piece (not the meal.) I didn’t go inside so I cant rate atmosphere beyond “average.” Easy to get in and out.

Placed an online order showed up 10 mins later to give them time to make a simple deal for two menu deal, just some tenders, and fries. Once I arrived they asked me to pull forward and wait behind the least person they put in a queue. After like 10mins they finally started giving food out. I was second and they never served me until they served 4 people ahead of me another 20 mins later (30 mins total). Once I was finally served I never received my drinks or any Sauces. I called and complained and even got a code for the case and was told I would be contacted reguarding the incodent. I never received any for of contact since.

Just ordered the new french fry/coleslaw bowl. It came with French fries, coleslaw, chicken, cheese, I added Korean barbecue sauce to mine. I wasn’t 3 minutes away today from the restaurant and when I got home it was very cold. I understand that fries being cold from the coleslaw but the chicken was even very cold.
It would be good with the coleslaw not on it I believe just at bites of it with it. Very glad I got the Korean sauce because I wouldn’t have liked it without it there’s no taste. The service when I got to the window to pay one of the women had their back to me the other one was staring at me didn’t even bother to help for like a good 45 seconds to a minute. Very unprofessional.

Told the drive thru person my order and when I got home it was totally wrong, my husband calls them and they hang up, afterwords he calls again and they said they don’t give refunds and that I need to bring back some of the food and didn’t want to compensate for their lazy workers who don’t listen. I came in told them the situation and the front counter girl said she can only give me the side as compensation and when she walks back I can hear her talking about me. This store has some very lazy, rude people. Learn to listen to the customer at the drive thru and stop chatting to your friends and messing up orders.

I am late to write this review I’ve had these pictures of this moldy chicken they gave me since August 10, 2025 at 9:26. But I’m clearing my cámara roll and really want to get this over with. I wouldn’t eat here if I were you. It’s not giving me an option to share the pictures but I’m hanging on to them and after Labor Day I will be reporting this so the experts can find out what’s wrong or IF there is anything wrong.
After seeing these weird circular white raised bumps all over my chicken I’ve lost my taste for the food at this specific location. I will never come here again. It was all over my chicken you just can’t really tell in the picture but look close. I’ve done some research and it says it could be chicken proteins or something completely natural (I’m saying this to give the benefit of the doubt). However, to me personally, it does not look like something I’ve ever seen on a healthy piece of chicken before. It looks like mold spores if you ask me. Like the chicken was left out too long and they just dunked it in despite food regulations. That is exactly what it looks like and I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything in the box and was left hungry. I am saying this because I caught it before I ate it, you never know someone might not see it and then they get food poisoning or mold poisoning.
