Give yourself a treat. The bun me is one of the best I have had. The bread is hot and crispy. The fillings are flavorful and plenty and the pork is tender. Quick service and I love the wonderful Christmas music. It’s a real nice place to come and unwind. I was headed for the Snohomish bakery but got Whaley by the Dollar tree which has an incredible selection and this is right next door. Fast hot food delicious

I usually get the mini veggie egg rolls and pho choy & both are phenomenal. Tried the spicy lemongrass noodles with tofu for the first time tonight and it blew my mind. The tofu had such a good flavor & texture. It was honestly the best dish I’ve had in a long time.

Pho Mimosa is a gem! The pho is rich, comforting, and full of flavor. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the portions are generous. Beyond the food, the service is incredibly warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really feel the care and love that goes into this place. If you’re looking for amazing pho, this is the place!

I don’t get out this way often but when I do I make a point of stopping here. The food is wonderful, tasty, freshly made. I order the pho and it is too much to eat in one setting. I take the rest home and is just as delicious the next day. The place is clean. The owners are so nice and welcoming. It is only a 40 minute drive from Seattle, so, I really should come out here more often.

As someone who has traveled for months through Vietnam, I would have to say that the beef pho here is superb. The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles just the right texture, and the beef really fresh. The portions are also pretty good, and is definitely great value for money. To top it all off, the owners are super sweet and even gave us some extra spring rolls they made for themselves that were not in the menu but so so good that they topped even the pho experience. Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

Ordered a rare pho. The meat is definitely not rare. It’s extremely old and I’m not even going to try to eat it because it’s has a rainbow sheen. Waste of money.

2 Korean elders run the place, +Mexican cook. Phở was not as bad as we thought, meat a bit chewy, aroma’s not as authentic. $13 small bowl is decent for this economy, too much noodle for that small size bowl, hard to get your chop sticks around the toppings, needs a bigger bowl, about the length of Samsung s10+, but deep. Service slow for lunch. We didn’t try the chili oil, recommended by other reviewers, then it’s no longer Phở, just a hot bowl of soup

The owner I didn’t get his name was so kind for extending grace on me( I forgot my wallet and he told me to pay it next time. And Im just 5 mins (walk) away and went back to work and paid it right away.
May the Good Lord bless him , his family and his business.

I throughly enjoyed my takeout meal. I’m stuck sick at home and broth alone was very flavorful and comforting. The spring roll ingredients were very fresh (including shrimp) and was paired very nicely with the peanut sauce. The fried potstickers were good but since this was takeout it got soggy by the time I got to eating it. This was remedied by just popping them in the air fryer for a bit. Overall, would recommend!
