I am not Jewish but I do enjoy many kosher foods and snacks. As someone who grew up in Long Beach but now lives out of state I ALWAYS make sure to come back here whenever I am in town due to their wonderful selection and excellent customer service. If you enjoy chocolate I highly recommend their Joyva products. These are simply delicious and are even better in the summer time by putting them into the freezer.

I’ve updated the review list to include your latest visit to Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers. Since you gave it a strong 4-star overall rating with the food being the standout at 4 stars, I’ve highlighted that while keeping the others organized for you.

Im not sure How i managed to pay $35 for one piece of fish and one roll and a soda?
In retrospect i could’ve gone to a nice little restaurant somewhere else for food that is so mid. I don’t think i will patronize small businesses like this any longer. The two jewish gentlemen in front of me paid only $40 for all the many things they picked out. So my $35 might have been a different scenario. But this is a bit costly for me.

The food is excellent here. Highly recommend dark meat schnitzel and the cole slaw. Split pea soup as well .
They don’t cook with a lot of salt because the kosher community they are serving is mostly older. This guy is a Huge fan of not adding too much salt. Basically every kosher takeout place known to man adds so much salt.

Glatt Mart provided food for our Thanksgiving and the following Shabbat. The service and the food were perfect. They provided a cooked, carved turkey along with stuffing, green beans and sweet potato pie for ten people. We ordered chicken nuggets for those in the family who do not like turkey. Friday night we mostly had leftovers, supplemented by potato kugel, and for Shabbat lunch we had cold cuts and more leftovers. (We had brought some sides from home–we were staying in an airbnb a couple of blocks from the store.)

The turkey was delicious as were the sides Glatt Mart provided. The cold cuts were outstanding: I can’t remember having leaner corned beef or pastrami, and the flavor was delicious.

This was our second experience with Glatt Mart and we were delighted both times.
