The only complaint I have is when I ordered a strawberry milkshake I was given a vanilla milkshake it was white had no strawberry taste whatsoever and the worker told me that no no it’s vanilla.

Got DoorDash and ordered 2 tacos. Ended up with these. Where the hell is my sauce, lettuce, and cheese at?
To make matters worse, I ordered the tacos after getting a cold and not toasted breakfast sandwich.

I don’t know why I have to do this again. My son ran to the local Jack in the box to pick up some onion rings which I’m addicted to you. Figured I’d take a picture of the last one due to the fact that 3/4 of the order was half raw. I’m not gonna waste it I tried calling No response. Didn’t want to let this slide. Do a better job. Don’t want to have to go to the next town.

The employees are super rude and don’t take the time to listen to their customers. I had made and order that got canceled and when I tried to request a refund. They told me I had to take it up with door dash. I called door dash and after the store refused to re deliver my order they told me to do it through the app. Which has no way to report anything or contact customer service. I called the store again to tell them this and a very rude lady got on my case. Is this really how you do business? I’ve been a fan for years even when the food came back cold. To be treated this way is unacceptable and paying for it on top of that makes me never want to spend a dime at this location or any jack in the box store ever again.
Edit: There’s no official way to put in a complaint so if you want try and request a refund you’ll need to give them feed back in which they’ll get back to you. At least that’s what they tell you. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t even gotten a confirmation email that the request was put in. Now I have to dispute the purchase through my card. Which is projected to be resolved by April 10th. In short if you’re hungry get it elsewhere

My experience at this location was good, the vibes in lside of the restaurant was wonderful, but, every time I ordered my usual breakfast sandwich from this location, my food would be burnt really bad. My bread would be hard, burnt and stale. I don’t know what the problem is, but this was the second time my food was like this and I love Jack In The Box. I was extremely disappointed with them.

Average for fast food, I just don’t like cold fries, and most of the time I got curly fries somewhat cold.. as if it was prepared way ahead and kept in the hot pan , I guess you all know what I mean I like my fries crisp and hot out the pan to the container.

Probably the best experience i have ever had at any jack in the box. They where very busy when i walked in from drive thru and inside but they did not panic still very friendly and quick food was fresh and hot.! They knocked out the rush like nothing this is how a team should work!!!!! GREAT TEAM WORK and thank you for working on thanksgiving.!!!! No complaints at all keep up the great work team!!
