Haven’t had pizza hut in a while but it is now some crappy little cesars. Pizzas are tiny, toppings are barely existent, and they “now charge” for pepper and Parmesan packets. Their chicken bacon melt was decent! Front cashier’s face was like, “Oh my god, there are customers walking in!” Safe to say that for pizza nights this chain is not even going to come up as an option!

This is what $43 freaking dollars look like the chicken NUGGETS IS SO DAM SALTY IM TOSSING IT AFTER calling the store about the cheese sticks not having any cheese on it. Only offered $5 credit for poorly prepared food! Smdh. I should of checked before i gave door dash delivery guy my money bc i would of SENT THE ENTIRE COLD ORDER BACK!

I placed an order online seconds after placing the order I get a call from pizza hut from James saying they were canceling became they’re not serving order I said okay hung up Then realize I wanted confirmation for the cancelation I called back Sumner answered the phone she confirmed my number then asked for my name Then go on to place attempt to take my order I let her know that I need confirmation that yall canceled my order She was giving me a number then hung up in my face So I called back and get a different person I asked for the manager James gets on the phone again If this is who y’all have as a manager do better ALL I KNOW IS MY MONEY BETTER BE BACK ON MY CARD I will definitely file fraud charges and I recorded all the calls so I have proof that I can send to the bank I WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOU RUDE LYING COMPANY EVER!!! THIS WAS ME giving yall a chance… There’s better places to spend money with!!! How y’all cancel the order but I can still see that yall are making it on the app!!!!

Update Thu 22 Feb 2024: Decided to order at the store and take out. There were no issues with the order. The server SUNSHINE at the front was fantastic. She was friendly, courteous, and most helpful. SUNSHINE was especially patient with helping use gift cards that the mobile app had issues with.
Previous comments: Ordered Honey BBQ wings for delivery. Doordash dropped off the order. The containers had Honey BBQ stickers on them. Received breaded wings with no sauce. The receipt claims orders are checked. Are they? Why did this happen? My driving to the store to get sauce defeats the purpose of delivery. What will this store do to improve it’s service? What will be done to get me to come back or even recommend this store?

They move fast and are nice. It took me a while to find the location because there is no sign off the main road and the signs on the side says wingstop, not pizza hut. When are you going to change the new tennant signs so people know you are here? Who owns this 1?

The place and service were very disappointing. We had to call out multiple times just to get their attention, but the staff didn’t seem to care at all. To make things worse, they brought out something completely different from what we ordered – something my husband is allergic to. The pizza was terrible, and even the wings were bad. I can’t believe this was from Pizza Hut. We completely wasted our money and feeling sick!!

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. I placed an order online, received a confirmation, and they immediately charged my card. Hours later—still no pizza. When I finally called, I was told they never even made my order in the first place. Their solution? Offering me a pathetic $5 “discount” if I wanted to reorder right then, meaning I’d have to wait another 45 minutes for food I already paid for and never received. That’s not customer service, that’s insulting. They wasted my time, took my money, and then thought a measly coupon would make it okay. Never again.

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut website and, after about 15 minutes with no update on the page, I checked my text messages and saw that the order had been canceled. Thinking it was just a technical issue, we quickly placed another order.
To our surprise, the wonderful staff from this location gave us a call shortly after. They had noticed a duplicate order going to the same address and let us know that their driver was already on the way with the original order. Not only did they catch the issue, but they also helped us cancel the duplicate right away. That level of attentiveness and care really meant a lot to us.
Beyond the great service, their food is always fresh and delicious. We ordered from them just a week ago, and the food arrived hot and in perfect condition, just like every time. Their Original Stuffed Crust Pizza is a family favorite!

I don’t often review restaurant chains, but the service I received yesterday was exceptional. The date was May 8, 2025. There was just one gentleman working in the front around 8 pm and I wish I had caught his name. I noticed the genuine effort he was putting forth, asking about my day, making conversation. He really made me feel welcome. That kind of attentiveness is rare at pizza joints. He was also very kind to another customer who walked in.
I’ve ordered carryout from here a few times and they’ve always gotten my orders correct. No complaints there. I truly appreciate your service sir.
