A++! We ordered catering for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and got the ribs, smoked and jerk chicken, gumbo, potato salad, Mac and cheese, green beans, and peach cobbler… EVERYONE was raving about the food. Absolutely delicious. The star of the show for our crowd was the ribs, Mac n cheese, and peach cobbler. Truely the best I’ve personally ever had. Marc was super responsive and made it so easy to order and pick up for the party. We definitely will have him be our go-to guy for events and parties in the future!

They were at our community, and it smelled so good that I had to put my original dinner plans on hold! Some of the best BBQ I’ve had, and trust me, I’ve tried SO many places! Customer service was fantastic, they were so friendly! The loaded baked potato with chopped beef and sausage was next level! So much flavor!!!! Not to mention HUGE, the amount of food, literally will put you in a food coma! By far, the best loaded baked potato I’ve had! The jerk chicken wings were just as tasty with the smoky flavor of the pit, imean definitely a must order! The homemade boudin had the perfect amount of spice and flavor that if I weren’t so full, I would’ve grabbed another!! I also tried a side of collard greens, and they had so much flavor and were very delicious! I keep saying flavor flavor, but this is something their food does not lack. I 10/10 recommend to try this place when you get the chance!

Tried these guys for the 1st time this evening. I have been doing bbq for a long time and let me tell ya’ll, this is AWSOME. I ordered a sampler b/c i wanted to try everything. Wasnt disappointed one bit in any of it. Keep in mind this is a catering company, not a store front. They move around our local area, businesses, apartment complex’s, etc. Zach and Jamal were top notch guys. Marc is the owner and he is as cool as anyone can be. Def reccomend if you are hosting an event in the Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, or woodlands area. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!. about to join your fb group so i know where yall will be.

Trail Boss was at our apartment complex and just smelling it made us crave some! We are so happy we decided to try it out because WOW… my husband and I had THE BEST brisket and chopped beef hands down! The smothered potatoes, green beans and Mac & cheese we got as sides were also amazing. The owners were super friendly too and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile. Trail Boss BBQ occasionally comes to Landmark at Grand Champion apartment complex. They are amazing and get no complaints from us as a family. The necessary safety measures are taken for COVID-19 for those wondering about that. Staff if friendly and helpful. If none of that makes you get off your car and give them a try, just roll down your car window and catch the wonderful smell of great bbq.

Oh lord… Its on… I can’t believe the quality of this BBQ… Two full sized baked potatoes with jerk chicken, brisket and a pile of ribs… Also mac and cheese, and roasted corn. They even threw in an amazing brownie. Trail Boss Enterprises you guys rock! Best BBQ and value in town hands down…

Absolutely delicious! They came by our apartment complex and thank god they did. The most juicy brisket I’ve ever had and the jerk chicken was out of this world! Service was fast and served with friendly smiles. Will be stopping by again the next time they come back.
