This location has gone downhill fast. Everyone knows Panda is not the best Chinese food, but it gets the job done when done well. In the past year, every visit has resulted in soggy disgusting proteins and hard, undercooked rice. It used to be consistently decent before a year or so ago. Got an absolutely nasty portion of broccoli and beef! As you can see, in the top left portion of my plate i have about 2 MAYBE 3 very small, bottom of the bowl, reminiscence of beef. I got super greens but i didn’t expect that to be the only thing i got ♂️. 2 plates like this almost exactly the same for $30 bucks is crazy. Who would serve this?? Do better.

Went at lunch time so service was slow! The employees were nice and apologetic. I had the new crispy sesame beef and shrimp bowl with chow mien and it is very tasty! A bit of heat and nice crispiness. Hubby had an orange chicken with chow mien bowl and it was fresh and delicious with duck sauce. Will go back!

What a great 1st time experience we had! Right from when we walked through the door till our last bite! And we were really impressed with MarcAnthony’s high level of enthusiasm, positive energy, and the greatest hospitality we have ever experienced at any kind of fast food place
He also told us right away about the new points system they have going right now and how we could save money! My phone was being a pest about getting the app to work, but he took time with me to actually show me how to do it! Super amazing. I was super impressed with how people friendly and oriented he was! Made us feel right at home!
Not to mention, the food was being made right there, hot and fresh
We will be going back, and I am happy I found that card and got to have that experience!!
Also, I LOVE the seating there!

What can I say? This is the McDonald’s of Asian cuisine. Since my favorite quick bite Asian has closed down, I decided to give Panda a try. I had the craving. I walked in and was amazed at the presentation! They had flames coming from the wok and we hustling and bustling! I saw the fridge full of freshly diced and chopped veggies. I was excited! The front steamtable was clean and full of food! It looked fresh! The chow mein was mounded high and was steaming! The inner foodie in me got way too much food. I got 3 entrees with a side of fried rice, a side of chow mein, 2 egg rolls, and a couple of cheese wonton. I brought it home, turned on Netflix to watch some TV, and set out the spread. My first bite was of the chow mein (a weakness of mine) I can imagine the face my wife saw when I took my first bit. It’s nasty. The texture is gross, the flavor is bland, and was just overall unappealing. The rest of the food was the same story. I don’t recommend it and I won’t go again. The service was great and the cashier was extremely friendly and accommodating (offered me sauces and extra fortune cookies).

Too expensive for what little food you get. Got bigger plate with 2 appetizers, broccoli beef was nasty, only 2 shrimp in spicy sesame chicken, hardly any flavor in pepper premium steak, chicken egg rolls were weird tasting and a bit burned, noodles tasted like Ramen noodles, only decent item was rangoon appetizers (only reason they got 1 star otherwise 0 or negative if i could give them that). 1st time here in Lake Jackson and not going back soon.

I have eaten here 7 times in the past month alone, as I enjoy Chinese food. But it seems, every time I order, EXPRESSLY Regular Orange Chicken – they give HOT Orange Chicken like they need to get rid of the product for poor performance or something. I have serious intestinal issues and finding out 7 times in a ROW that my Orange Chicken is SPICYA IS BEYOND INFURIATING and has consequences they refuse to acknowledge! Spend your money elsewhere, they don’t care beyond making a buck at your potential expense.

Okay value for the price, but the service, here tonight, an hour before they close, was less than stellar. The whole staff was acting as though it was already closing time and no one wanted to cook. More like it was a hassle to serve customers. Several employees were obviously new and weren’t trained well enough to be effective problem solvers. 4 customers at the counter and 10 cars in drive through… truly, this place needs help.
