I have to say, the food was excellent. This is what I call great comfort food. It’s wasn’t all flashy, just right for my hunger. The flavors are very earthy, and the sauce was on the gravy side which was really good. The only thing is that I would recommend is order extra meat on your dish because in my opinion, it’s not enough especially for someone like me who loves to have more protein. Either way I love the food. We will definitely be bringing family to try it out. Note: for those with a salty palate, it would ask for some on the side because it’s more earthy than salty.

I ordered the pollo a la brasa to go. The chicken wasn’t fresh. The meat has a dark color. Definitely no fresh at all. Maybe it was cooked a few days ago. And adding to the chicken, in my personal opinion, it had feathers on it. You must clean the chicken well before you cook it. Personally, I won’t order it again.

Customer service is ridiculous. I pre ordered food from their website last night at around 8:30-9:00 pm for delivery today at 12:45 pm. I never received my food and when I called the man told me he has no idea where the delivery guy is. When I asked him to call them he said he’d call later not now which I found ridiculous. I then called 25 minutes later for an update to which he said no one has come in yet. I demanded a refund as I spent 50$ on this order and he said he cannot issue any refund that it is all through menustar. I asked for a number and he said he didn’t have it and to check the website, I checked the website and there is no number to call for menu star . I then googled their company and it says menu star does not have a direct phone number , all calls must be sent to the restaurant. This place is unprofessional and ridiculous. How do you all not have any way to contact your 3rd party services? I will not be changing my review and will not recommend this place to anyone. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The owner was an absolute legend. My friends and I came to get some food to go, and he let me try a bunch of drinks for free because I did not know what to get. He went through the menu with me and I got the half chicken with fries and a salad. HOLY!!!! Amazing food. The Maricuya drink is probably the best drink I have ever had in my life. I will for sure be back for the drink itself. Service is great, speedy, and the food is not expensive compared to others. Come check this gem out!!!!!!!

This was my first time having Peruvian food and visiting this restaurant, and I had a great experience. The food is delicious, the service was amazing the owner’swife is very socialable and friendly and gave us great recommendations. She largely contributed to the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Place is small and simple but definitely clean. I ordered Lomo Saltado. This is stir fried cube cut beef, onions, tomatoes, French fries, and rice. On the side green spicy sauce was provided. This plate arrived piping hot and from the steam rising the aroma was wonderful. I let it cool just a bit and enjoyed each bite. I add some green sauce to my liking and fully enjoy every bit. For dessert they had a type of ice cream similar to Affogato that was wonderful. The dessert was great way to end the meal. Very much enjoyed dining here.

I loved Machu Picchu. The service was great. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. We started off with the beef heart, It was so tender and flavourful. I don’t remember the other two names of the dishes, but they were good. I will definitely be back.

Been wanting to stop by here for a while now. Glad I did. They have been open for 5 years. Congrats! Hector took care of me, and he was great. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Authentic Peruvian food at its best! Perfectly seasoned and plated very nicely. Also, the hostess was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend eating here! If you are a true foodie, you will be in for a treat. Enjoy!

Do not eat the when they open because the Yuca was heated and too crispy probably from yesterday and tough. Go in at after noon food is much fresher and delicious and yucca is better. Besides that the food is fantastic in the evening or afternoon
