Placed a pickup order, which included a pizza bread with pepperoni and green olives. Received a pizza bread with no green olives, but only one green pepper and on bread so hard, your teeth would be broken with the first bite, and teaspoon full of sauce. Included with that order was garlic breadsticks, there is absolutely no garlic or cheese on them and are also hard as a rock. We also asked for extra marina sauce, which we did not receive. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from here again because we wasted our money on this order.

Edited to update: After speaking to corporate I was refunded without asking and had a lovely conversation. Happy to know they care! Also wanted to add that the gentlemen that were working the drive thru window were super nice and I could tell were doing the best they could at the time.
This is inedible food served in a filthy location. There is so much grease the box is deteriorating and everything was smothered in so much cheese it was half cooked. So gross. It was served to me like they’d been throwing it around. Never again! Service is so slow here and the place smells like cigarettes. This place shouldn’t be open.

Me and my son both took one bite and that was it! So I didn’t get to eat dinner that I spent my last $ on. Just to warn you don’t order the ham pubwiches save your money I got home before I opened so it was a distance away. I put no tomatoes on one they both had tomatoes. It stunk so bad I had to throw it outside I couldn’t stand the smell. My oldest didn’t eat his either. So that’s says it wasn’t just don’t know about service or atmosphere I ordered online and picked up at the window I got 2 ham pubwiches &15.00 each and small pizza the kids liked the pizza

This was, bar none, the grossest spaghetti I have ever seen once it was delivered. Also, the garlic bread was hard tiny rocks of bread that were so stale they wouldn’t even break in half. With the delivery fee it cost me approximately 30 bucks. So not worth it. Go somewhere else.

The Gino’s on the West Side of Charleston is a hidden gem. I have lived in Charleston my whole life but had never eaten at this location. I may never eat pizza anywhere else in Charleston ever again! Super impressed with everything about this establishment! Well done West Side Gino’s!!

Was told 15-20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and wings in an empty restaurant. Over 30 minutes later and they had one of our sandwiches in the window and just starting the remainder of the order. We asked twice and they were rude then brought the food after 45 minutes. Sandwich was cold. Got full refund. Will not go back.

I’m really upset writing this review because I LOVED eating at Ginos. But for the safety of their customers, this info needs to be shared. My boyfriend and I ordered two 10pc boneless wings last night 11/7/22 around 9:25pm for takeout. After eating a few I noticed some of the insides were cold. Then my boyfriend broke one of his open and noticed it was COMPLETELY RAW on the inside. I started to feel panic because I had already eaten about 5 wings. The employees are always so nice so I was incredibly disappointed to see how careless they are about food safety.
