If I could leave 0stars I would.. Im absolutely Devastated!! Me an my family have came here for 14yrs!! But Tonight that ends… After seeing other reviews and realizing that the store is under new management. Well, it fully explains it! The food is absolutely terrible! Like knock off Chinese food.. yes I’m serious! The General TSO no longer tastes like General TSO chicken anymore the color is off, the flavor is terrible. The fried rice isn’t even dried rice. It’s white rice stirred in SE type of seasoning that appears to look like fried rice. The sweet and sour chicken is all wrong! Texture is weird! Sweet and sour sauce tastes store bought the “CRAB” Ragoons have no crab and taste reheated ♀️ ! I litterly only asked to go to get a order of CRAB RANGOON’S And the rest of the family wanted to have meals. The new owner should be embarrassed to serve this crap!

I’m one of those that sticks to a dish once I like it, and I’ll either get the Mongolian chicken with white rice or sweet-and-sour chicken. The Mongolian chicken sauce by itself is so good you could eat with rice alone. The breading on the sweet-and-sour chicken taste like a freshly made funnel cake at a carnival. Try it for yourself!

If I could I would leave 0 stars food taste completely different and the sesame chicken has the texture of a meat ball the lo main is salty and the egg rolls don’t get me started it went in my mouth and straight back out gross. New China has always been my favorite restaurant, but it is definitely not anymore the new management have ruined that for sure!!!!

I’m not sure what has changed with the ingredients or seasoning of the food but it tastes like a whole different restaurant. And I & many others seem to feel the same way. They say nothing has changed but something has… Maybe secret ingredients that weren’t transferred to the new ownership… maybe it’s not their fault but I sure miss the way it was i’ve been coming here 10 years+ not sure how much now.. hope it gets better.

Believe they have new owners. Food went WAY down. Very subpar at best. Chicken seems like pre-bought nuggets dipped in sauce. Very disappointed and WAY too pricey for terrible food an d service. Panda is cheaper and 10x better. This place will close within 12 months. Don’t bother or waste your money

I hadn’t been to this location in over a year went today very disappointed . They don’t make their cream cheese ragoon like they use to it is mostly fried wanton and not enough filling just tasted like oil. Egg rolls as well had a heavy grease taste. Ordered beef fried rice in plates all had probably 3 or 4 pieces of beef and rice had heavy oil taste. Lemon pepper wings had a heavy funny oil taste and the sweet and sour chicken too my children equally did not like because the oil and grease taste even with the sauce that literally after you bit into dripped off. The only thing that didnt have that taste was the seameseed chicken. If I was lit after a night out it would have been bearable! When you are trying to feed a family and actually enjoy totally failed . Won’t be going back don’t like the change a totally waste of 60 dollars
