They generally do a great job making and completing my order quickly, but if there’s a limited time deal going on, they will take a lot longer (and it doesn’t reflect that online). I came in to pick up my pizza one time when a deal was going on, and it took an extra 25 minutes to finally receive it. There were so many people waiting in the lobby because their orders were supposed to be completed earlier.
Other than that, I really like them. Carryout and delivery are quick. Most staff are friendly. I requested for them to make my pizza heart-shaped for Valentine’s Day— and they did it!

Ordered from here a few times, this last time I ordered for pick up waited an hour (because that was their wait time) which was fine
Finally told me it was ready and I go inside and they said it is still in the oven. So I waited for another 15 minutes to finally say something to someone because nobody says anything and some other guy goes “oh yeah it’s right here “ so it was sitting there the entire time. The customer service there just isn’t good I would recommend another dominoes if you can avoid it

Worst pizza I have ever had. Very little toppings, like they skimped on it for me. Because there is so little toppings, there is no flavor at all. It’s like eating an $8 frozen pizza from Walmart and paying 4 times the price. I will never order pizza from Domino’s again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

[UPD1]: They called me and let me know I could get a free pizza. I’m changing the rating from 1 to 4 for now, if this pizza is pathetic too, I’ll change the rating of 1 back.

[UPD2]: So, I arrived today to pick up my free pizza as promised to me over the phone, but the manager couldn’t find my phone number on the list. So I didn’t get my free pizza. I don’t understand what kind of games this store is running, I don’t want to contact Domino’s ever again.

[UPD3]: I wrote twice to Domino’s customer support, but they ignored me. So I disputed the transaction in the bank, indicating the case number and my money was refunded. I don’t understand how they can run a business without caring about customers at all.

I ordered a pizza at 8:45 pm, at 10pm the delivery guy knocks on the door. I told him I refused to take the order and no one is answering at the branch. He okay, no problem and didn’t even apologize, it seems like something they’re used to. I tried to talk to someone at the store, no one answers the phone. If you can’t provide the service, then don’t take orders, and if you do, make sure someone contacts the customers and informs them of the delay. Outrageous service!

1 star as pizze was great. The customer service is atrocious. Third time now ordering curbside and have ro wait 10plus mins. Watch people walk I get there order and go. Even called the store and still kept waiting. When I finally got my pizza I asked what took so long. Was told I was busy. Said lame excuse and the was flipped off. This place really needs to train these you kids on customer service.

I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Ezra at Domino’s. My 9-year-old son, who is severely autistic, attends a special school in Auburn. He recently won Student of the Month and received a coupon for a free small pizza from the Auburn Domino’s.

We live in Roseville, so we couldn’t redeem it at the Auburn location. I called our local Domino’s, explained how proud my son was of his award, and told them I was willing to pay for the pizza while letting him hand over the coupon so he could feel like he earned it. I also asked if they could make it a medium instead of a small.

Ezra went above and beyond. He not only honored the coupon, but he also upgraded the pizza and made it completely free. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he chose kindness, and it meant the world to us.

It is hard being a parent of special needs kids and even tiny acts of kindness make huge impacts. Thank you Ezra and thank you Dominos.

If there was ever a 3 star place this is it. On one hand the food is good, no doubt this is high quality pizza. Hot, cheasy, and thick. The service? Terrible. You call and you get an A.I. phone system, then after you get transferred to someone from another country. But talking to an employee? Forget about it. Online tracking system is trash and customer service is also trash. But the pizza? Very good.

I order carside pickup. When I arrived I texted the number to let them know that I had arrived. I received a message right back that my order was ready and it would be right out. I sat in my car for 20 mins waiting. I parked right in front of the store in the designated carside parking spot where every employee can see you. I was the only car in the parking lot, so they clearly knew I was there for carside pickup, also you have to put your cars color, make and model so they know which car to bring it to. After getting frustrated I was waiting so long I went inside. I could see on the TV that my order said ready. The music was soooo loud an employee asked for my something and I couldn’t hear her until they turned the music down. She ask if I check in and I said yes, I also said I got a text message 20 mins ago that my order was ready. She just blamed it on their system, but I know that was bull because the TV screen said it was ready and I got the text message. The manager Thomas even told her that I was carside pickup, so he knew that it was ready.
This is not how you should manage a store. Thomas the manager should be demoted for such poor customer services skills. THis isn’t the first time I have has a problem with the store. I will no longer go to this Dominos, I will give another store a chance.
Dominos you should do better and train you employees with more integrity

They do not answer their phone.
Placed an order tonight (I know, it’s Halloween and I’m not expecting fast service here) for delivery through their app. Estimate for delivery was +/-38min.

Two hours gone, no food, no updates on the tracker, no answer of their phone. The AI states it’s been sitting waiting for a driver over an hour when called. I’ve called and let it ring five times. It disconnects at about 7.5min of ringing.

Welp, never again.

Edit: food showed up 2hrs and 8min after we ordered it. And the orders was wrong lol

Honestly great experience all around, idk why there’s so many hate comments. I used to the 3 for 20 meal deal they have going on right now, and everything came exactly as ordered. They even had it ready 2 minutes early! Pizza tasted great (I already ate some of it in the photo lol), and the lady who handed me the pizza was very nice!
