Other than that, I really like them. Carryout and delivery are quick. Most staff are friendly. I requested for them to make my pizza heart-shaped for Valentine’s Day— and they did it!
Finally told me it was ready and I go inside and they said it is still in the oven. So I waited for another 15 minutes to finally say something to someone because nobody says anything and some other guy goes “oh yeah it’s right here “ so it was sitting there the entire time. The customer service there just isn’t good I would recommend another dominoes if you can avoid it
[UPD1]: They called me and let me know I could get a free pizza. I’m changing the rating from 1 to 4 for now, if this pizza is pathetic too, I’ll change the rating of 1 back.
[UPD2]: So, I arrived today to pick up my free pizza as promised to me over the phone, but the manager couldn’t find my phone number on the list. So I didn’t get my free pizza. I don’t understand what kind of games this store is running, I don’t want to contact Domino’s ever again.
[UPD3]: I wrote twice to Domino’s customer support, but they ignored me. So I disputed the transaction in the bank, indicating the case number and my money was refunded. I don’t understand how they can run a business without caring about customers at all.
We live in Roseville, so we couldn’t redeem it at the Auburn location. I called our local Domino’s, explained how proud my son was of his award, and told them I was willing to pay for the pizza while letting him hand over the coupon so he could feel like he earned it. I also asked if they could make it a medium instead of a small.
Ezra went above and beyond. He not only honored the coupon, but he also upgraded the pizza and made it completely free. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he chose kindness, and it meant the world to us.
It is hard being a parent of special needs kids and even tiny acts of kindness make huge impacts. Thank you Ezra and thank you Dominos.
This is not how you should manage a store. Thomas the manager should be demoted for such poor customer services skills. THis isn’t the first time I have has a problem with the store. I will no longer go to this Dominos, I will give another store a chance.
Dominos you should do better and train you employees with more integrity
Placed an order tonight (I know, it’s Halloween and I’m not expecting fast service here) for delivery through their app. Estimate for delivery was +/-38min.
Two hours gone, no food, no updates on the tracker, no answer of their phone. The AI states it’s been sitting waiting for a driver over an hour when called. I’ve called and let it ring five times. It disconnects at about 7.5min of ringing.
Welp, never again.
Edit: food showed up 2hrs and 8min after we ordered it. And the orders was wrong lol
