My husband purchased food from here today normally we don’t have any issues but today the wings tasted funny not fresh the rice definitely wasn’t fresh some of it was soft and some of it hard. So I called to speak with a manager and the person stated the manager wasn’t there ok no problem so he asked what was wrong I told him he got very argumentative with me. I asked when would the manager be back he said he was the owner… which now makes it worse because this was very bad customer service we eat here often and normally don’t have any issues however I wasn’t calling for any type of refund I was only calling to let them know so they could take this back and redo my order. So he stated for us to bring all the food back he would do a full refund. So my husband took it back without any attitude or anything explaining to him that the rice was hard and wings were ok but could have been better he gets an attitude and says hears your refund and you can’t order here again. Now to me that was rude and very unprofessional because your running a business and if your customers call with complaints try to fix the problem not just try to band them. Luckily I don’t eat Chinese food like that anyway so I’m not missing out but my husband spent over 40 on this order . So yes imma say something most definitely. I hope he has a better attitude in the near future. I will no longer refer anyone there I will send them to Mr teriyaki. To the rude owner may God change there nasty attitude you have…

The serving size is PLENTY and the food is tasty. No extra sauce needed. We got the lemon pepper wings, pork lo mein which was HUGE, ham fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The price is awesome too!

Teriyaki Wok’s Lo Mein and the rice are very close to last place compared to their competitors’ Shrimp Lo Mein and rice dishes. I asked for brown rice which is not on the menu but I am told that although brown rice is not a choice the white rice could be fried with soy sauce and that would turn it brown and is also what makes it too salty. Huh?!!! Needless to say…
The flavors tasted great together on the Spicy Mongolian Beef/fried rice and even though the rice was too salty I added just enough to improve the flavor of the dish! The shrimp that were in the Shrimp Lo Mein were very tasty too!
Otherwise the service is excellent and parking is free!

First time visiting. I wanted brown rice but it was not on the menu, however it was suggested that the soy sauce could be added to the white rice to turn it brown Needless to say fast forward, I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein and Mongolian Beef w/white rice fried with onion, egg, and soy sauce.
The shrimp was the most flavorful in the Lo Mein, nicely seasoned. The Lo Mein by itself has a bland taste. The Mongolian Beef is excellent I added extra onions at no charge! I am pleasantly surprised that it has a spicy delightful flavor that hit my taste buds just right, and although the rice was too salty for my palate I managed to combine just the right amount for a great food experience!
The service is impeccable although limited in knowledge of what brown rice actually is! I could not have had a better experience. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of parking. Call or walk-in the next time you want a unique experience.

Came in on July 25th, was not greeted with respect,which was surprising. Usually when you come in the receptionist is nice and inviting.
She had an attitude with everyone that came to the desk. If the young woman does not want to work I encourage the owners to not force her hand; it was clear she hates her job.

A favorite over the years with consistently great tasting food. Tried the hot teriyaki wings for the first time and they are now a favorite. Service is great but typically have to wait even if ordered in advance.

I was very disappointed. These days, if you choose to eat take out, considering how high food prices are, you want quality! The lemon pepper wings missed the mark; they were more like regular wings with a little bit of lemon pepper sprinkle on it. The service was good; but apparently the tips are shared with the staff, so be advised.
