They have one of the best breakfast burritos in town, it’s warm, has fresh ingredients, and have great salsas. The place is very simple, but the food is very worth it and the service was very attentive and fast in my order. I would highly recommend for someone looking for a good breakfast burrito!

Came here because we read an article saying their breakfast burrito was the best in the city. It was not.

Huevo con Chorizo Breakfast Burrito ($13.51) – Not bad. Good portion and fair price. It comes with 2 sauces that paired well. We added potatoes to it thinking it would be fried like hash browns, but it was just soft potatoes.

Pretty darn good breakfast burrito. So good that I often have food coma and need to chug several cups of coffee to get work done. They are generous with their portions. I ordered a veggie breakfast burrito (egg and potatoes) and they added cheese and lots of other goodness. Can’t go wrong with a hearty meal to start the day.

Not just a burrito, an experience.

I came here with family after a surf session at Ocean Beach, and this spot completely blew us away. My cousin turned 30, and he wanted burritos and Mexican coffee after surfing—Cielito Lindo delivered that and more.

We all ordered the steak & avocado breakfast burrito, which is something special. The cook prepares it by flattening the egg first, then pressing the tortilla on top so the tortilla itself is egg-lined—absolutely phenomenal and unlike anything I’ve had before. The steak was tender, the avocado fresh, and the whole burrito was perfectly balanced. No wonder there’s a picture of it on the wall—it’s clearly a favorite.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We got there just before the lunch rush, and by noon the line was almost out the door (including a wave of local students). The staff was friendly and attentive, and when they found out it was my cousin’s birthday, they put on Las Mañanitas and even brought out complimentary nachos with guacamole and a delicious pork topping. It was a special touch and really made the day memorable.

Between the burritos, the spiced Mexican coffee, and the hospitality, this place is something special. You can feel the pride and care that goes into the food and service. Highly recommend making the trip—lines out the door make sense once you’ve tried it yourself.

I feel like the place is over hyped, the quesabirria was a bit expensive and just not the best i’ve had. i was excited to try this place but i probably won’t be back. my boyfriend loved it though and ate 6 out of the 8 tacos pictures here

This place looked like it was closed judging from the sidewalk, with “Happy 2023” painted on the door and a generally run-down look to it. Plus, while their opening hour of 8:30 is also painted on the window, they really open at 9 am. We had breakfast here, and the burritos are indeed very good. Nothing spectacular, don’t expect a life-changing burrito experience, but yes, they were very good. The staff when I went didn’t speak English. The dining room is very basic and cafeteria-like, but the food is very good, so that it is the most important thing.

Came in on Thanksgiving and we were met with such welcoming energy.

In terms of the food, you’ll love it it you’re looking for :
-Authentic Mexican Food
-GENEROUS portions
-Bold Flavors
-Homestyle cooking

The enchiladas (Guanajuato) were so tasty, great sauce on the chicken thigh.
The flautas were packed with chicken, crispy and delicious
The salsas were a highlight !
We didn’t get to try the Quesabirria tacos but we’ll be back soon!

Gracias

Had some time to kill until my friends plane landed and looked up best burrito near the airport. Couldn’t find a menu online but took a chance. When I pulled up I was initially confused because it only looked to be auto mechanic shops but still parked. I’m so glad I did because I knew this was legit from the moment I walked in the door. The place was packed with all types of people on their lunch breaks- suits and wife beaters alike. Got two burritos the size of my forearm and helped myself to the salsa bar. Picked up my friend and presented her with a massive burrito that we ended up eating the rest of the next day.
