Took the family to Big Fish Sushi for a Friday night dinner & they did not disappoint! The rolls were delicious & the service was top notch, at a quite reasonable price. The server took the time to see what we ordered & made recommendations based on that. We’re so glad we ordered what the server recommended. A small thing – the hot tea was really tasty too! Can’t wait for our next family dinner 🙂

There are so many sushi places in Studio City. This is just inside Sherman Oaks by one block, on Riverside, so it’s a real neighborhood place. The food is great. Truly homemade. My husband & I decided to give The Big Fish Sushi a try, we really didn’t know what to expect as they have been open for only a month and we didn’t see a website so we didn’t have any background on it.
We were over the moon with the service to begin with, she was not only polite and attentive but knew the menu very very well and gave superb suggestions. We took her up on her suggestions and they never disappointed in fact, we were surprised with the fresh tender fish, all done uniquely and expertly . The crunchy tuna app.. well worth it. Light yet crispy with a delicious center and oozed with flavor. We will be back. Check this spot out .. competitively priced and all worth it!
