I hate being that person, but this location genuinely pushed me there. I ordered for in-store pickup and waited nearly 15 minutes while being the only customer inside. The employees repeatedly looked at me over the counter, and even after I told them multiple times that I’d been waiting, nothing changed. Instead, they kept prioritizing online orders for people who weren’t even there yet, right in front of me. It honestly felt disrespectful and awkward, like I didn’t exist. When I finally asked again, I got excuses instead of accountability. I understand this is fast food, and expectations aren’t high, but basic acknowledgment and effort shouldn’t be too much to ask. The staff seemed completely disengaged, like they’d rather be anywhere else, and that attitude shows in the service. This location needs serious intervention from management. If you value your time or basic customer service, DO NOT COME TO THIS TACOBELL.

This was a surprisingly good one! It’s a heck of a lot better than the one near my house! I ordered a bean burrito and extra beans, no sauce, no onions and a taco supreme. They were great at taking the order, didn’t stress about specifications and greeted me with kindness! The portions were great! The taco wasn’t soggy or dripping with grease like the one by my house. The ingredients were fresh. Overall great experience! Only complaint is the price. It was around $7. No drink.

They do not know how to put avocado ranch sauce on the chicken cantina, soft tacos. I keep getting these tacos dry and they seem to get confused with the green salsa packets and instead they will give you a ton of green salsa packets and they seem to not know that the chicken cantina soft taco is supposed to come with avocado ranch sauce. Then they always try to charge you extra for it when it is supposed to come with it naturally. I got four of these tacos and they were all 100% dry. They need to learn to put the avocado ranch sauce on those tacos and not get confused with green salsa.

Ordered a Crunchwrap supreme at 8pm on 2/2722. Bit into it and it tasted insanely dry. Opened it to this. Not even close to the amount of lettuce that is supposed to put put onto a Crunchwrap. If this was CORE you would have failed miserably. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back. Do better

Went to drive-through on Saturday and found on my burrito rats poop when I called them they hung up call one,800 Taco Bell complain about 10 minutes later. Storm employee called me. I told her she disagreed with me and she offered me $10 discount coupon for my trouble when I spend over close to $30 I said no thank you to her offer, the district manager called me. Now the district manager calls me and I explained him there was a rat poop on my burrito. He said question me how do you not a rat poop? I say it’s outside, sir. He went back-and-forth he goes. I seen the pictures you sent. It’s not a rat poop. It’s a burnt cheese first he said Cheese should be flat when it melts. I might plastic District manager said you can take the burrito they can look at it at the store what it is I said nope I am not going to the store. I told him I’m gonna call the health department because the safety issue is a health department is not gonna do nothing that’s why, not to eat at Taco Bell unless you like to eat rat poop if I can give them zeros that’s what I give them

This is my first time passing by this Taco Bell location in Granite Bay. I ordered two chicken quesadillas, a crunchy taco, a Doritos Locos taco, and Large Nacho Cheese Fries. I also ordered a Large Root Beer for my meal as well. I noticed some areas inside the restaurant weren’t cleaned. When I walked inside, there was a few people. When I went inside the restroom to wash my hands, I only got a single drop of hand soap. Honestly, the workers at this Taco Bell location need to do a better job of cleaning and restocking the hand soap in the restroom.

Bro, I asked for extra red sauce for each burrito and was charged for it and only got extra in one. And I also asked for extra hot sauce and I got 2 mild sauces. Crazy how hard it is for such a simple request to be completed.

On two separate occasions, I’ve ordered chips and cheese from this location, and the oil in which the chips were cooked was rancid. The chips were inedible and I had to throw them out. Please CHANGE OUT YOUR OIL.
