UPDATE: I have had the brisket, and friends, it is good.
Very solid new place. I went for the pulled chicken sandwich and was very happy – big portion of rotisserie chicken on a nice roll. Can’t go wrong. My wife went for the pulled pork and was equally happy. Good price, good portion, good flavor.
That said, it seems like they’re still getting comfortable (they just opened) because the first time we tried to order dinner, the girl on the phone basically told us not to bother because it was a 90 minute wait. So instead, we opted for lunch the following day, and learned that the brisket (obviously a main draw for a BBQ place) is not available at lunch, and isn’t ready until 4pm. Seems like a potential problem!
But I will certainly be back and I’m hoping they establish themselves in the area.

Great local BBQ! We ordered a big family platter and a bunch of other items. The wings and Ribs were excellent (5 stars for the ribs alone)! Mac n’ cheese & mashed potatoes were clearly homemade and were great.
Solid cole slaw & pulled pork, good hotdogs (awesome value), and tasty batter on the onion rings. Brisket was OK, burgers were overdone but no big deal.
Overall really good and highly recommended, way better than other BBQ spots in the area and reasonably priced. We will definitely be ordering again.

I love the fact that there is a BBQ place within my area. Small fries delivers well cooked foods at reasonable prices. My issue is the food is kind of flavor less. I ordered the 1/2 rib and 1/4 chicken combo. There is absolutely zero flavor other than a very weak sauce they put on it. The beans and cole slaw were mediocre at best. Food is cooked well- flavor is not a priority here.

Very disappointing. I love BBQ. I’ve had awesome BBQ all over from St Louis, to Texas, to NYC, to South Carolina. When my wife told me on Friday about this new BBQ place down the street from us, we were there on Saturday.
Prices actually weren’t bad and on par with what you would expect for ‘good’ BBQ. When I was there, the QC person caught a 2 mistakes in my order. I didn’t care. I’m glad they caught it before I left. At the same time, there was someone complaining about the onion rings. The chef seemed very nice and apologetic. Good customer service.
I ordered for the family and here is what I ordered.
1lb Brisket – what I wanted most, and most disappointing. More like a dry, flavorless, gray, pot roast. Not juicy at all. No sauce or seasoning to make up for the bad quality.
Whole Chicken – dark meat ok, white meat was so dry, couldn’t eat it. we gave it to the dog.
Ribs – fall off the bone, great flavor, but somehow still kinda dry. Maybe pre-cooked and sat in a warmer for too long. Which may explain the other meats.
Fries – Packed in a moister seal box, keeping all the steam in. When I got home it was like they were dipped in a cup of water. My kids wouldn’t even touch them and they LOVE French fries.
Coleslaw – pretty watery, chunks of stem, but I did like the flavor.
Corn – my kids love corn on the cob and that’s pretty much all they had for dinner that night. They said it was really good after I buttered and salted it.
Maybe It was a bad night, maybe it was a one off, maybe I’ll give it one more try with a small order for a second chance, but probably not.

I have visited Small Fries BBQ half a dozen times since they opened in February 2020 and have never been disappointed! The portions are huge and the food is tasty. I highly recommend the ribs, brisket, and onion rings (the best I’ve ever had). Kudos to Small Fries, keep up the great work!

Disappointing! The pulled pork was Ok, but I could make a better pulled pork than what I paid for. The sides were just grease. We ordered onion rings and fries and a side of cole slaw. The cole slaw came in one of those dipping containers and the fries weren’t even crispy. They were super greasy and lacked flavor. The onion rings were soggy and also super greasy. Definitely not worth $9.00 per meal. Won’t be going back.

Wings, Burgers, ribs and so much more. These guys really know how to satisfy customers. Especially during the pandemic. Delivery service is speedy. The staff and cooks are always nice and respectful. They definitely have my vote. Also their milkshakes are really good. Thank you for being part of our community.

I hate to give a bad review, but this is probably the worse take out food I have ever ordered. I threw over $50 worth food away, and I top of that they forgot some of the order so I had to make two trips. The burger was over cooked and burnt on one side and still pink on the other. I was scared of food poisoning. The pulled chicken was good, even though there was several bones in it. The rice was burnt with some funky brown pieces. The ribs were okay. The brisket( more like pot roast) was rubbery and bland. The onion rings were barely breaded soggy and laid in a puddle of oil. I was hoping this place would be good, but unfortunately that is not the case.

Went first day open ! We ordered ahead and BBQ family pack. Ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. It came with three sides. Mac n cheese, cole slaw, rice and beans. So much food! It was great. It was ready in 20 mins. They were slammed and for first day open I give them credit. They did an amazing job. The Mac had a little spice. Some people like that, some don’t, so all preference! The sauce had a nice tang. The brisket didn’t have sauce, which I usually like sauce on it, but this was so tender it didn’t need it at all! We are so excited to continue to use this place for some good bbq! Good luck !

Ordered for first time today! Cheeseburger was very good as well as the onion rings! The corn on the cob was delicious. Order was prepared and ready at the time I had requested on-line. Will definitely be ordering from them again!
