First of all if you’re lacking customer service skills find a new job. The casihei obviously doesn’t like her job very much, she was rude couldn’t answer simple questions about the menu ( I’m guessing because she didn’t want to) because she could defenetly point instead of using words. She dropped her salsa bottle as she was bringing it to us, then proceeded to just put it on our table after picking it off the floor and simply walked away! I guess the 5 second rule does apply here, I mean if they do that in front of the customer what do they do in the back. The food wasn’t good. We’d been hesitant to stop by a few times and when we finally did it was a disappointment. I guess now we know.

I wasn’t happy with the quality of food here, yes the size of the bread was large but other than that it wasn’t a very good sandwich. No lettuce, no mayo, very little beans, a sliver of avocado, very thin slice of tomato, no jalapeno… and old meat. Not what I expected for a $10 torta. The cashier also wasn’t very receptive.

They sell rotten meat. I complained and they said they don’t sell rotten meat but it was obvious the meat was bad. I’m lucky I spit out on the first bite because I felt sick after just having the food in my mouth.
They tried to give me chicken enchiladas after but they were just tortilla, no chicken.
We asked if they were annoyed because we said the torta was bad because the enchiladas had no meat. They said thats because the cook has to pay for it.
This place should be shut down immediately.

Every time we order over the phone I ask for double meat since they bearly put meat in the tortas but this time even though we asked for double meat my torta didn’t have it
Also we order half pound of lamb barbacoa which was mostly fat and skin instead of meat … So frustrating!! Because we are paying for our food and we come hungry expecting to be satisfied with our orders but they just don’t wanna give the right portions.

The food was bland, I think I tried several things from their menu but I have been impressed or liked the food very much. I’m always trying to leave half to finish later. The only time i do that it’s because I don’t like the food. When you buy a torta – it does not come with everything it should come with, the meat its dry, bread not toasted enough pretty dry, food felt cold and tasteless. The place is rather small and when you call ahead to place an order they don’t make it they wait until you arrive and pay for it. Making you wait even longer-
