My favorite Graeter’s location. I usually get the same thing, but tried the seasonal peach melba sundae last night. Their peach ice cream is better than anyone else’s. It was good, a little too sweet for me. They should use salted almond slivers instead of the candied ones. IMO that would be better. Back to the usual next time. Lol

First time being at his location and I must mention Lizzie. Her smile, energy and greeting was awesome. They were super busy, Line almost out of the door, and she made my night. She Let me have a sample of Mocha Chip and it was delicious. My new favorite along with Mint Chip. Even though the place was super busy, Lizzie just kept doing her thing. A multi tasker with the best customer service and great attitude I’ve had in awhile. You never know what someone is going through, so Lizzie keep spreading your light to others, like you did for my family and I tonight.

Our 1st time getting Graeter’s this year. Nate asked if I wanted to sample the lemon blueberry flavor as I’d never had it. As expected, it was delicious . I’m not sure how recently the ‘S’Mores ice cream was added to the menu. Again, Nate asked my daughter if she wanted to sample it since we’d never had it. It was also ‘the bomb’. We had some excellent customer service from Grace. She was very friendly, welcoming & patient.
I hope both Nate & Grace are working the next time we go; although the other young employees seemed to exemplify excellent customer service as well.

First time I came here today and now I can’t wait to come back. I stopped by around 5:50 on Monday night and the 3 girls working were super friendly, I said this was my first time coming here and they didn’t rush me at all and explained the menu to me and told me about the rewards program. I got a banana split that was pretty customizable, the chocolate ice cream was really creamy, rich, and delicious.

My only complaint is the high price. I am willing to pay it though because I have yet to find its rival. Their toffee chip is the best ice cream I have ever had. I would recommend this chain to anyone passing through the area. It’s a must try. Their homemade ingredients make their ice cream taste unlike any i’ve ever had. Love!
