I wish the worst of luck and half hanging life to whoever made my order today. Paid 17 bucks for this crap and every item is close to half the amount and size. Half fries half sauces. Those 2 tiny burritos are 6 bucks. And bigger ones are $1 each still every item half their original size. Have ordered from here many times. Never had this level of rip off experience. Shame shame whoever made this order.

Getting ready for my 12 hour shift I stopped by this location to get me some lunch. I requested easy lettuce, easy tomato extra cheese on both tacos and I paid $.35 for the extra cheese. I also asked for lots of fire sauce. I like at least 3 to 4 on each taco I went through the drive-through because I was in a hurry. And the youngsters at the drive through were so rude. They only gave me 4 packets of taco sauce. I had to come out of the drive-through, park, get out of my car and go inside to get more. Must I repeat that I was in a hurry? I got to work 30 minutes away, only to look at my taco and see the regular amount of cheese on both tacos and the regular amount of tomatoes and lettuce on both tacos. I then went back to this location this morning only to be told that the amount of cheese on the tacos was extra. RIDICULOUS, and your liar!!! When I forget to ask for extra cheese this is the same amount that I find on it so THIS is not extra cheese. Very Annoying to be told that like I’m an idiot and because you don’t want to admit that my whole order was horribly incorrect. And I was really nice about it but I’m sure that the look on my face was priceless (at least worth $.70 of cheese). Do BETTER Taco Bell Do BETTER!!!

Pay full price get 1/4 th portion size items at this location. This is $8 taco here and at other locations. When I called to report rude lady started yelling at me in Spanish. I politely said “sry no speak spanish”. She rudely said “ok then bye” and cut the call on my face. Had to call 3 times and fight before I could talk to manager who also couldn’t speak English. I see hundred other reviews with same problem at this location. They serve less than half the actual standard size thays served at other locations. People doing charity give more filling than what they put inside for paying customers here.

I’m really disappointed with this Taco Bell location. Almost every time I come here, my order is wrong, and it’s frustrating to constantly have to double-check or go back to fix it. Mistakes happen, but what’s worse is that management doesn’t seem to take complaints seriously or make an effort to improve the service.
I keep giving this place a chance, but the lack of care and accountability is really disappointing. Until management steps up and ensures orders are prepared correctly and customers are listened to, I won’t be returning.

Went there 1 week ago during lunch time for the Mexican pizza , they had a sign up saying they were sold out. Tonight I looked on the app to see if I could order the Mexican pizza before pulling up again and it allowed me to…Pulled up in the drive through at 11:30 p (well before scheduled closing time) and they had an automated message playing in the drive through to return during regular business hours cause they were closed… as I was pulling off I heard the worker ask if he could take my order so I reversed and asked for 2 Mexican pizzas and he told me they were sold out … terrible

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell off 161 in Grand Prairie. My mom and I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Chipotle steak burrito and two chicken strips. When we asked for the price of the chicken strips, we were told $3.89 and agreed.
When we pulled up, the employee repeated the order but had misunderstood, giving us a chicken Chipotle burrito instead of chicken strips. Due to a clear language barrier, it was difficult to get the mistake corrected. I ended up waiting longer than I could, so I requested a refund for just the chicken strips. Instead, they refunded my entire order.
The miscommunication, delay, and inability to understand each other made this a frustrating visit, and I will not be returning to this location.
Please get this store under control.

I love Taco Bell, but this newest one off of 161 gave me a few bad experiences, especially right after they opened. I guess due to the pandemic, the timing of this location wasn’t ideal for them because it seemed to take a while to get their sh!t together. Even this last time I went, I ended up waiting in line at the drive-thru for about 20 min. I’ve never had to wait that long at any other taco bell drive-thru. Hopefully with time, this place will start serving their customers better. It’s the closest one to my house! Lol
