The food quality is pretty bad, I thought maybe I ordered on a off day but sadly over the course of a few months it’s not. The food I got served really felt like a slap on the face, and the station to get the sauce was empty for half and the rest were almost gone. It would be best to find a different place unless you’re ok with below sub par food.

Great prices for the amount of food that you get. Self serve sauces bar which is nice.
Chips are crispy and the food is fresh as well with quick service.
The lady at the counter is a sweet heart too. I don’t know my Mexican foods and she was really nice overall with explaining what everything is.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. The food is very good and the portion size is huge. I got the steak rancharo and I couldn’t finish it all. I put a pic of my receipt so you can see how reasonably priced it was for the amount of food you get. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. If you want some true Mexican food I suggest you give this place a try. I highly recommend it.

This place is hard to find and the GPS takes you to the back side with no access. You have to go on the Holiday Inn gate to get to it.
I got the carna asada plate and it was $25, which was pretty steep, but it was a lot of food. It also came with guacamole and they give you a good sized scoop. They give 4 small tortillas as well.
The only things I was disappointed with were:
1. They put the dressing on the salad and it was not good dressing (bottled ranch?). I would have preferred it on the side so I could have taken the salad home and added my own dressing.
2. They do not have any mild salsa.
3. No tortilla chips

I have been here 3 times and gotten something different each time, and have never been disappointed. Food is pretty good and it is priced on par with the majority of Mexican restaurants in the greater Tacoma area, but this is the only one with a salsa bar!!
Would recommend, will return.
Only complaint is the bathroom is in bad shape and needs attention…

I ordered Asada burrito plate. It included guacamole, sour cream, rice, and beans. They also have a condiment stand with for various add-ons and salsas. It was not crowded when I came in but service was fast. The reason for 4 stars is that asada had no flavor at all and it was not adequately hot like a burrito plate should be.

I’d like to consider myself somewhat of a taco connoisseur given the amount of rambling across the country I’ve experienced. This establishment blew my taco socks clean off my hooves. The Birria tacos aren’t on the menu but if you ask and arent an old trout good chance they’ll fire them up. Really not much more to say.
