Man, Jessica (shift lead) and Seth were awesome. They were super informative about the different blends and helped us dial in exactly what we wanted. Jessica even let us sample the coconut one which was a really nice touch. Seth was mad polite too—great customer service and good energy. Solid experience all around. Highly recommend this location.

This location gets no starts from me. Everytime I come here it’s poorly managed, extremely understaffed, especially on Sundays and the establishment is not very clean.
My pickup for my order was 4:21 and I didn’t not receive it until 5:15 waited Inside for over 30 mins for one 30oz drink.
Watch my smoothie get made and sit in the mixer for 15 mins while she serves another customer at the register, came back added more ice to my order and served it. It was severely watered down and did not taste great at all.
My last time coming here.

ok first off the girl who works there, I think her name is Tiffany.. well…. SHE IS AMAZING …. and she saved my neices life by actually making sure she wasn’t allergic to certain things because she is and I didn’t know it and my niece wouldn’t of told me cuz she told me order whatever … it’s a long story but not only did Tiffany save a child’s life that day …. she made, and I swear I’m not joking….. THE BEST SMOOTHIE I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!!! I ordered a smoothie bowl and it was half empty, not at all what I ordered, and she charged me extra for more granola when I barely got a scoop. It took 45 minutes and service was not good nor friendly.

The workers can be extremely rude, disrespectful (playing on their cell phone while taking your order, so I have to repeat my order several times), and lazy (they often shut down the bowl bar 2 hours before the restaurant closes). I spoke to the day manager and she said that bowl bar should not be shut down that early.
The bowls and shakes are made as per order. The app is helpful and offers reward points.

Ordered a pure recharge strawberry smoothie and it tasted as if something was spoiled with a horrible after taste, made my gag. I went back to the restaurant after calling and found rotten/spoiled strawberries on the counters along with blueberries. Rotten fruit and not refrigerated. I asked for my smoothie to be remade with fresh strawberries and the taste was back to normal. See pic below
