I just visited this Chipotle location and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Roy took care of me and my friend, and he absolutely went above and beyond. We haven’t been to Chipotle in a while, and he made the whole experience feel welcoming, easy, and genuinely enjoyable.
Roy was attentive, positive, and made us feel valued as customers. Everyone at this location was great, but Roy truly stood out. 100% recommend coming here. Outstanding service.

Extra chicken you get only half a scoop and the chicken has all soft bone not removed . Whatever the new Red chimichurri is just oil. They need to put this picture on the menu so people won’t waste their $.

This location does not meet typical Chipotle standards. Our delivery service was great, but the order didn’t have the requested items including chicken and the fajita veggies. The chips were burnt and inedible. This happened twice, lesson learned.

I was craving chipotle for 3 days finally come in and got welcomed with a crew with bad and unprofessional energy! They acted as if I was bothering them by coming in to order. I asked for brown, and white rice. He said didnt have any it be 7 mins. I said nvm ill take double brown rice then! I only got 1 scoop. I said something to him about it he ignored and past down the bowl to the other person! I paid $22 dollars for two sadly looking bowls. They didnt even try to fill it up or give me my double rice I asked for. Down below is the picture. Looks a mess and the sides of the bowl are nearly empty.

Bad hygiene! I was concerned about the food handling practices here. An employee handled the cash register and then served food without changing gloves between customers. This is a basic food safety issue. I hope the management will address this and train staff on proper hygiene.

Eating here today was a “movie”. I felt like I was in a prison where they threw food at me on a tray like a prey. The girl who barely attended me managed to put a decent portion on my plate, and when I told her that if I could place myself a little more she told me rolling her eyes: “I’ll charge you extra.” However, they didn’t have all the vegetables, they didn’t have lettuce and no guacamole. His treatment was rude, derogatory, to the point that one of his colleagues noticed and apologized to us. Looking for a clean place to sit was another problem even though the restaurant was practically empty. Everything was dirty, including the chairs and the refreshment area!

The lobby is always messy and the stuff never looks happy. Every single table was dirty we had to clean our own table. It is 8pm and they ran out of brisket!? Why promote it on your menu board if y’all don’t have it? The young man that made our food was busy while the manager in the Black collar shirt was in the back talking to the asian girl and no one came to help him. Yet he never got frustrated and he kept his cool.
