Something changed. We went faithfully for years and couple months ago the food changed. Quality not as good. For example the Greek fries were delicious and then one day out of nowhere you started cutting them thick instead of thin cut and now they are too thick and soggy. Gyro still tastes good but does look smaller. Did you guys change owners? Love the food. But quality changed and just overall lately we noticed food seems different. We come pretty regularly. Please go back to how it was.

My first ever visit to Louis Pappas, and unfortunately, my last. I ordered the smaller size falafel sandwich (5 inch pita), which costs close to $7 with tax. What I received after an approximately 10 minute wait was a ridiculously small joke of a sandwich. My pita bread was only slightly larger than a small street taco tortilla. On top were two measly falafel balls that tasted as though they were frozen and not freshly made. Additionally, it only included a bit of tomato and onion with Taziki sauce. No other toppings (by the way each additional topping was around a dollar, even lettuce!). This place is totally price gouging and the portion-size/quality of the food is subpar for the price you’re paying. This will be my last experience at this restaurant and hopefully others will find this review helpful before they spend their hard earned money for an expensive street taco sized sandwich. I dined in with my husband today we are Sunday regulars everyone was so polite, manager checked on us and so did the cashier. We love coming here they always engage in conversation with us. The food was amazing per usual.

I went here on Sunday 2/19/23 around 6:00 restaurant had a seating avalible. I have to say the customer service I received was exceptional. The older woman was so helpful. it was like eating at Grandma’s house. I got the pita platter with Gyro meat and Pappas potato salad as the side. I also brought side of hummus with grilled pita. in total I spent $23.01. The food was soo good I only needed a lil salt and pepper. The Taziki sauce was amazing I should have ordered extra, I recommend you order extra. 2 gripes 1. You need a Chilli oil sauce for those who like a spice. AGAIN IM SUPER THANKFUL TO THE OLDER WHO HELPED ME. she gave me some hot sauce. 2. The hummus was so tasty, but the serving size seem a little small for 7 dollars

If you haven’t been here yet, why not? OMG… this place is amazing. The food is spectacular. Come on down…the ambiance is magnificent, especially if you eat outside. It’s not too busy and the entire staff is amicable.
