We eat here often. For the past 5+ years….how hard is it to make an individual pizza? Because you all manage to destroy them every time we order them. There is NO cheese or toppings on the majority of the pepperoni pizza. The sausage barely has any cheese.
But, hey, at least they learned to cut them today. Normally, we have to find a knife to cut the pizza.
Do you all care about your customer’s food or is subpar food normal? Do you intentionally take people’s money for a service your employees can’t complete daily? We have called and asked for our pizza to be cut. We have called and made suggestions. Nothing works. Including your staff. I work here in Tarboro and this is our meal for the entire staff.
So disappointed yet again.

We decided to try the new (Limited Time) Detroit Style Pizza, I was satisfied with this pizza, it was tasty, served as a to go order in a timely manner and was hot and fresh when I got home (about 10 minutes away) I enjoyed the sauce on top, it had a very nice tangy taste, the crust was cooked through and the toppings were arranged appropriately to create a tasty slice. It was reasonably priced at $10.99, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was clean. We enjoyed our experience, if I had anything negative to say, it would be that they have done away with the fresh red onion thar you could order on pizza and switched to white (I personally prefer red) we had a good experience and was budget friendly.

I ordered a pizza delivery tonight .08-02-25 I didn’t realize that when pizza hut don’t have many drivers that they use Door Dash services to deliver their items . Well some smart ass Door Dash driver decided to leave the pizza on the ground . And when the person looked out side an saw that it was in the ground .She picked it up and it had ants all over it. I’am mad as hell. Pizza hut should have told me that they were using a third party to help with the deliveries . When l called Pizza hut to complain the manager acted as if it wasn’t his problems. I will never use or go to pizza hut again in Greenville N. C.

Not a fan… multiple times I have ordered and my order take over an hour to be delivered. This last time is the last time. Took an hour to get delivered and part of my order was missing. Was actually given someone else’s order… called to let them know was offered a credit… ugh no then when I agreed to replacement of what was missing …. Guess what it has been another hour still no replacement….
Update: hour and half later from replacement time still no food… called they said oops they forgot!!!!!! Hung up on my son… owner should be ashamed!

I hate having to write this, but here’s my issue: I was visiting Tarboro, NC and decided to try Pizza Hut as it was next door to my hotel (they shared a parking lot and I usually do Domino’s). I placed an order online that was to be ready at 8:35. It wasn’t ready until about 8:50 (in their defense, they were handling a large order). When I received my order it was not correct. They offered to make a new pizza but I would have to wait. I hadn’t eaten all day and had others waiting for me so I declined as the pizza I had was good enough. One of the staff handed me a card that stated free wings with purchase of large pizza at menu price. Upon further inspection I noticed there numbers on the bottom but no indication of what they were for. Just the offer of free wings. Two days later I returned to redeem my free wings. They requested and entered my phone number and my previous order came up. I was asked if I wanted the same order and replied no, I wanted to take advantage of the offer. It was then I found out I had to purchase a large pizza five times in order to get the free wings. I initially was going to leave, but again, I had others waiting for me so I requested my previous order. Again it came incorrectly. Not only do I feel mislead, I was highly disappointed with the whole experience. Suffice to say if I ever visit Tarboro again I will not be patronizing Pizza Hut. However, I will say, the pizza was tasty (I gave it three stars, but it was more like three and 3/4).

Oder online said it would be 15 minutes. Tried to order pan but they were out of it and 1 other. Paid at drivethur was told pizza was ready. Waited 10 minutes and they asked to park. I reminded her that she said they were ready. She left came back and said park we lost your ticket. Just give few minutes, waited finally walked in and FINALLY got the 2 thin crust pizza. Staff, manager didn’t care. I order from here 3-5 times a month. No professionalism at all!!

Ordered online. According to the tracker, order was prepared quickly but delivery driver too atleast 20 minutes to get to my house. Pizza was not hot at all, wings were cold and awful, and i did not get my ranch dressing that i paid 50 cents for. Driver was mediocre as if he just needed a job.
