This is the nicest Starbucks I have ever been in. It has a wonderful vibe and wonderful music and great service and it’s also huge! They also have a work room that you can reserve at no cost. I can’t rate this more highly!

I really love this place but theyve gotten orders wrong SO many times. Theyll add syrup of a flavor instead of coldfoam, they wont put powders on/in, theyll forget coldfoam or add-ons altogether but sometimes even just do the wrong order. I love the workers though theyre great but I keep getting the wrong orders when it’s placed online and cant really tell them to fix it since someone else will pick it up or for other reasons.

This has got to be one of the worst places, not because of the drinks, The “shifts” they call themselves. i’m not sure what her problem is her name is Ciera. but I witnessed her raise her voice to a barista because he was going slow on bar. Let me remind you. I am a regular here and I have not seen him before which means he is fairly new, instead of helping him. She yells and takes him off bar and I’ve seen her do this more than once and not just to him, that must be corrected. and if that doesn’t be corrected, I will bring this issue all the way to the top because I’m done seeing her bully the baristas. Number two, Dan who is also a shift smokes in the back, and if you guys already know, he smokes and vapes in the back then shame on you guys. I see him and I smell it on him. It’s disgusting and Is a major health violation. That needs to be corrected or I will also take that to the top. The management not doing anything about this is something that has to be dealt with. Whoever has done hiring needs to do a better job. The fact that he does this, he shouldn’t even be working there plus with his nasty attitude. DO BETTER.

I love going to this Starbucks! I see people I’m friends with every time I go there. They always go the extra mile to make sure my order is exactly the way I want it! I have come to know the barista John. He always has a smile on his face and inquires on how I’m doing while making my order! It reminds me of the old school coffee shops where everyone knows you and you feel at home there.

It doesn’t look like he combs his hair or washes it. His mustache looks like he’s a Samurai Ninja. He’s always leaned on the counter looking like Santa clause and his beer belly! He did not smile once, did not acknowledge me in anyway just took my order, then he goes to the back while I’m still waiting for my pike place. 20 minutes later comes out makes it puts it on the counter doesn’t say my name or looks at me!? DO BETTER!!!
