$49. For 3 regular dinners
Meat, white rice, & 2 sides
In my personal opinion the chicken breast they use is either 3D printed or lab grown.. the meat was so stringy and it tasted like mush. It had the texture of imitation crab (jaiba) .
I ordered 1 chicken breast plate and 2 leg meat plates. I’m only commenting on my chicken breast plate.
Besides being grossed out by the meat… The teriyaki sauce was so sweet yet hardly any flavor. The macaroni salad was overcooked. This place ain’t the same… I should have known once I saw the “B” grade they had in the window. 3 Brothers once was delicious, they really let this place go.
Service is excellent here. A mom & Pops runned business. The food is always made exceptional. I still have a few more dishes I would like to try. A+++++,5* EATERY.
The Good: I enjoyed the flavors with plenty of teriyaki sauce like I like it. The salad dressing was very good and the lettuce was crisp and fresh. The rice was fine and tasty with the teriyaki sauce. I like that this is a family run business and the people inside were nice and hospitable.
The Not So Good: I did Not like the Chicken in either dish for two different reasons. Somehow the chicken in my Chinese chicken salad looks & tastes similar to what I get out of a can at home.
The chicken they use for the teriyaki bowl was tasty for the most part but way more parts of the chicken than I would have wanted. The pile of Teriyaki smeared bits of chicken I had to spit out or just refuse to eat was too big. I would have gladly paid more for this dish had it been made with chicken meat without all the skin and cartilage and gristle.
Having a go at a old school game like Galaga is worth a quarter but sadly I Do Not Recommend this place.
Note: if you don’t like lots of sauce, tell them!! I loved it.
We both tried the beef and chicken plates, mine was beef with salad and fries, her’s was chicken with salad and macaroni salad. Daughter got the chicken bowl.
We both said that the next time we’ll get um with less sauce, it was just a tad bit too much.
Yeah sometimes less is more.
We heard a lot about this spot and they have way more choices on their menu than expected. So we will come back and check out more things.
Place is clean organized, oh and they have a couple stand up video games for those that love video games of the old school. I didn’t get a chance to play, perhaps next time.
