3 to 6 minutes was my estimated app time for the drip coffee I ordered at 11 AM on a Monday. I arrive 10 minutes later, intentionally late (because the slow experience here is the experience at all Starbucks, these days) and I see the barista BEGIN to make my coffee. She’s also creating all sorts of shaken…frothy…syrupy…iced…EVERYTHING COMPLICATED UNDER THE SUN…drinks…as my drip coffee SITS. I wait patiently in the corner for another five minutes while my coffee sits under the machine, waiting for a simple lid and to be passed off to me. Does anybody else remember being able to order a drip coffee from Starbucks and getting it quickly? It seems like COFFEE is no longer the star of the show.

This Starbucks used to be wonderful. The people that worked there were kind. It was a pleasant place to go. The food was good. The coffee was excellent and now you have turned it into a fast food counter. The people you have working there are rude. The food is disgusting, the coffee is burnt and is gross and they don’t make your order. The way you ask them to do it. And when you tell them it’s wrong, they give you an attitude. What happened to you? What happened to Starbucks? This is really sad that you have done this to your store. Because it’s disgusting. I cannot even put into words. How rude am I And discurdious your employee’s, I can’t say it enough.So incredibly rude, nasty, the woman who was working the drive through.Heavy set woman with dark hair pulled up in a ponytail nasty nasty nasty. Did I mention she was rude?And did I mention that my coffee was wrong?And did I mention when I tried to correct her?She basically told me there’s nothing she can do cause.The coffee was already made. Many years ago I worked for your company, and it was a wonderful wonderful company that I loved.So much and customers and customer service was at the top priority in our store.I don’t know what happened, but I think you need to go back to that

Barista seemed annoyed to help which is weird since they were having an employee meeting ao I’m guessing their boss was there. I felt rushed and I wanted to use points which weren’t taken off my order. Limited menu and prices seem steep compared to other Starbucks. Will probably just avoid this location.

I got there at 4:40 am, not the first time around that time, and they turned me away stating they weren’t open yet. Asking me what I would like to order then turn around and tell me they’re closed. Great service. Next time have the lights off and actually look like you’re closed instead of turning away customers for no reason.

Busy location on corner of Waverly and Santiam Hwy in Albany, Oregon right across street from Fred Meyers and next door to Gentle Dental.

I visited this location with my 1-year-old son and we had a great experience. My coffee was delicious, but more importantly the staff was so accommodating and kind while my son explored the shop. One of the baristas (regrettably didn’t catch her name) even went out of her way to find stickers to give to him. I really appreciate the service we received here! Thank you, staff, from a grateful mom!

If I could leave no stars, I would. They refused to give water to a 2 year old who had been in the car for two hours. This place is NOT kid-friendly and NOT customer service oriented.

Starbucks generally has something for everyone. They offer a variety of teas, refreshers, hot & cold coffee, blended drinks, snacks, and more. Prices are a little high, but this is to be expected with a coffee shop. The seating area and bathrooms have always been clean during my visits.
The parking lot leaves little to be desired. They share a very small parking lot with a dental office. The parking is compact, and it can be very difficult to find a space to park. The entrance and exits are also difficult to use at times. I think this location would do even better if they found a way to expand parking somehow.
The employees have usually been friendly and welcoming anytime I visit. My beverages are usually made correctly and tasty. There are times when the drinks are not properly made, but they will fix the mistake if you ask them to. They do run out of popular items quickly when they are seasonal, but I just check back at a later date to see if it has been restocked. Overall, I’d give this location between 3.5 stars and 4 stars. I decided to rate it 4 stars due to the employees and overall satisfaction with the purchases I’ve made.
