DECEMBER 3RD 2025 Manager. Check cameras. Approx 8:35 AM. Walked in to pay cash for gas. Some older fella with obvious dexterity issues only person in line. People backing up in line next to him like 5 deep by now. Long haired cashier ignored me being there first and cashed out someone else first. I left bought my gas down the road. We have a cabin in Potter County and stop here for gas and supplies on average 4-6 times a month because of the convenience of Route 80. Guess what, 1 exit down the road they have everything we need as well. Ed here retired o we ner of 2 customer oriented business. Poor service = lost revenue. Bye

Don’t usually order from this location, used 500 points on a latte and it’s terrible tastes like coffee with milk and something strange but definitely not the caramel latte I ordered.. disappointed and will not be going here again, Wilkes barre location is way better.

Never had a problem with this location until recently. Ordered a salad, customized it and waited. When my order was called, I thanked the woman and “this is going to be the best salad you’ve ever had!” I didn’t really think anything of this but it seemed a bit out of place. When I opened my salad, all of my tomatoes were mushy and rotten, including some with mold that were all conveniently placed mold side down into the salad. Won’t get made to order food here again.

As a customer, I guess service is OK. As a DoorDash driver, this place is poorly managed! I waited 15 minutes passed the time. My order was supposed to be picked up, and 25 minutes after I arrived, for my last dash order. That included the 13 minutes it took for anyone to even try to start the order. I watched other Dash drivers and customers who came in 10 minutes after me take their orders and go, And I was still waiting. Someone needs to replace the manager, and the assistant manager, and figure out how to manage this store to run efficiently. I lost a lot of money today with this store, as my first two orders I waited 5 to 10 minutes each past the time I was supposed to pick up for anyone to even start the order. I will report this to corporate. I get no compensation for this place holding me up, you could always put something on my rewards card!
** update! After researching the jobs involved at Wawa, I have decided that it is not just on the fault of the manager or assistant manager. I would say part of the fault would be in the lazy, shuffling around Food & Beverage Manager who could jump in and help out and show a little initiative. I hope they do not promote this one! If it is cold in the summer, find a warmer job.
They just seems to be no one leading the employees.

I just came from Wawa getting breakfast and I got waffles with bacon.
The bacon was soggy and thin the waffles was hard and burnt.then I got a iced latte with almond milk and Carmel and it literally taste like sweet almond milk. Bad decision to do food here honestly
