These wings used to be the best around. Ordered tonight and so disappointed. My wings are so dried out and tough that I ate five and just can’t finish the rest. I am gonna pull out left overs from last night to eat instead. Also, used to great curly fries and ranch. Now it is horrible straight fries and white water. Not worth the price I paid. Son got glorified chicken nuggets and his are hard as a brick. Offered one to the dog and you can hear the crunch as she chewed. Very disappointed it the quality of the food.

$17 per meal, I ordered it for pick up, my girlfriend picked it up and this is what our food looked like. The wings are cooked but we were given maybe 10 fries each, all the extra sauces I had to pay for were not given to us along with any utensils or napkins. Highly dissatisfied.

Ordered 32 piece bone in wings with 2 hand pies– one Blueberry lemon, one cinnamon apple. The Blueberry lemon arrived with tons of mold on it. The wings were good though.

I ordered GrubHub. Chili’s forgot to put my queso and chips in my order before GrubHub had taken it away. They call me asking me if I can call the driver to fix their mistake. I give them the driver’s phone number to have them come back and pick up the queso and the driver never returned. Tip the driver 20 extra dollars on top of the $10 for going back to get the queso I never got the queso. Chili’s all they wanted to do was just refund me my chips and cheese. Ridiculous. It was their fault that I didn’t get my queso and my food was cold. $100 wasted

Ordered from Doordash. Ordered 11 wings and only received 10. Of the 10, 2 were so chewy I couldn’t eat them. The wings are also very small and are no bigger than the nuggets you get from Chick-fil-a. The fries were also very soggy. Very dissatisfied.
