Are there today for the first time and thought the food was very good with great flavors. We went with a couple so we had a few different dishes. Everyone was very pleased. Our server was very friendly and did a great job. I do feel like the atmosphere was just a tad blah, but that won’t stop me from going back. We have some great Thai places in Kingsport and I’ll continue to give each my support!

10/10 experience at Thai House. My new favorite restaurant! Meals are always consistent and high quality. Incredible service (and there is not mandatory tipping).

My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and had a wonderful experience. We started with Thai tea and shared the shrimp spring rolls—paired with a delicious peanut sauce that we couldn’t get enough of. For our entrées, I ordered the Curry Pineapple with chicken (level 2 heat), while my husband chose the Laos BBQ Beef. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful, satisfying, and definitely something we’d order again. Our server was warm and attentive, checking in to make sure everything tasted great and keeping our drinks full. We’ll absolutely be back to explore more of the menu!

Everything was good ! Food is ok , service is good and location is excellent however the only thing I should complaint is the mandatory 20% tip included. Yesterday I went with my family , 4 people and a baby. They put it as a party table. ( baby doesn’t even ate) . Including 20% ( not even 15 or 18% ) means a completely high standard service in your table. Something that a regular restaurant shouldn’t be. So, now my family is kind of afraid going to this place with the baby. Knowing we will pay 20% of the check extra mandatory . After that everything is great !!! I love the Thai coffee! I used to work in a Thai restaurant when I was young for some years and definitely this is a good option to come dinning

We were in the mood for Thai food and decided to check out this new restaurant. The dining area was cold. We had to keep our sweaters on. Waitress was great! Made suggestions and checked on us frequently. We ordered Panang curry with chicken. The curry was delicious with the perfect creaminess and just the right amount of spice to excite the palate and tickle the nose. Unfortunately the vegetables were all green – bell pepper, green beans and zucchini. The zucchini was slimy. There were kafir lime leaves sliced thinly which added a great fresh taste but the strips of leaves were hard and inedible. Had to pick at least 5 pieces out of my mouth. This dish would definitely be enhanced by including red or yellow bell peppers, onions and carrots. There was plenty of chicken in the curry! We also ordered Thai Fried Rice with chicken. The rice was delicious with a very light sauce that accentuated the spices and flavor. The vegetables included were very undercooked, almost crudo or raw. The broccoli was undercooked probably due to the large size of the florets, the carrots were thinly sliced but were undercooked and the onions had a raw taste which means undercooked. Our bill was roughly $50 for 2 orders of panang curry with chicken and 1 order of Thai Fried Rice with chicken. We drank water. I find the price very reasonable as we both ate until we were full and brought home practically an entire order of the curry. While a little disappointing, this is a new restaurant and I am sure they are still adjusting their dishes. We would definitely go back for another meal and suggest that you try it out too!

I absolutely loved my experience at Thai House, it’s super cozy inside. The way it was decorated immediately pleased me, but the best part was definitely the service and the food as well. I started with the egg rolls. They were delicious, piping hot, and tasted so fresh. Then I went for the green curry. It was hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in quite some time. I will be returning to try more of the options!

My partner and I decided to stop in for a nice lunch on a cold day and we were not disappointed. As huge fans of Thai food we had been waiting for the new place to open up. We will definitely be back as the service and food was absolutely amazing. I tried a new dish I had never had before and will definitely be ordering it again. I forgot to take pictures because I was so excited to try the food but will definitely get some next time!

Came here for lunch and I have to say this is by far the best Thai restaurant in Kingsport. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly! The food is amazing so many options to choose from, especially if you have to eat Gluten Free! I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I were impressed and will definitely return. The food was reasonably priced, the service was excellent, and the portions were sizable. I got the red curry, and my wife got a stir-fry dish. The egg rolls and potstickers were very delicious as well. Check it out!
