Wow, what can I say .. when we arrived, the only person we saw was the guy at the cash register, we said we were dining in, he gave us a menu and said: find a seat. Nearly 10 min later, we saw another guy, and asked where the wait-staff was, he said there is none, ya gotta order at the register. Would have been nice to know! I went back up and ordered, when it eventually came out, our “Pan pizza” was nearly flat, it didn’t rise. The guys said “yeah that doesn’t look right”.. and took the $1.50 off that is the extra for Pan pizza. He was nice enough, but they were completely disorganized and it was a terrible overall experience. Won’t do That again! Adding a pic of our “Pan Pizza”!!!

Pizza hut used to be one of my favorites, but I haven’t been enjoying it much lately. The crust is too sweet, there is too much sauce, and there are not enough toppings on the pizza. The selection of toppings is pretty minimal too.
The good? They are quick, friendly, and the dining area is new, clean, and never really very busy.

We ordered four pizzas and a double order of cheese sticks. They came out delicious.
They were ready in plenty of time, and they were still nice and warm. There wasn’t any staleness like they had been sitting there… despite our ordering the deal pizzas they have going right now.
They are always friendly, even if they don’t know us on sight.
Even though it is a food chain door, they treat us like a hometown pizza place.

Unbelievably bad. This used to be a go-to Saturday night treat, but I cannot recommend it any more. I placed the order online at 7:26pm. (Could not have onions on our order because this store was out of them according to the website.) Finally got our pizza at 8:48pm. Manager kept yelling at people, then went in back and just talked on the phone rather than help get anything done. One pizza was done at 8:20…soggy crust by the time we got it home. Waited almost a half hour to get the second pizza and breadsticks. The gal at the counter tried, but she just didn’t have the mental ability to figure it out.

Would never go to Ponderay Pizza Hut again.
We got the order to go by ordering online.
Charged $2 for each blue cheese and ranch dip. Wings were not hot and sauce was just poured over the wings in the To go containers so the wings were not individually dipped
Waited 15 min past the suppose to be done time. Did not give us bags to put the wing bowls in.

Decided to quickly stop by for a quick bite. We didn’t have time for a full on sit down restaurant. We were told the pizza would be ready in 15 min. 45 min later we still hadn’t received our pizza. We only ordered 1. We watched 2 people come in afterwards order and get theirs before us. It was close to an hour and I had to start getting kids in the car because they were not doing well with the wait and my husband had to just ask them to just put the pizza in a box to go. We also had gotten a salad bar plate and the salad was wilted, pink and a few slimmy pieces in the mix. Was not edible. I am usually understanding but there was no communication or even an apology for the delay. We will definitely not be returning and will be letting others know.

Ordered a pizza at 5:50 pizza was delivered at 7:30 cold as ice and nasty. I’m so disappointed. We have always ordered Domino’s and wanted to try something different. Wow! Never again. We tried calling the store asked for a manager and we were put on hold for 20 minutes. Never again! Dominos gets a 5 star Pizza hut, I put 1 star because our driver was nice. Never again.

Stopped by early Sunday evening looking forward to the newly advertised return of the salad bar. Not only was the salad bar put away but due to limited staff, the dining room was closed. All I wanted was to sit down for a bit and enjoy a meal break while in town running errands.
I understand worker shortages to a point, but it seems anymore you better call ahead and see if the establishment is open and/or fully functional first…but that’s IF anyone answers the phone. Rant over.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. I love Pizza Hut I, unfortunately, my husband does not. The grandkids thoroughly enjoyed it and was my husband away it was a nice experience. I think the pizza at Pizza Hut is always fresh and they have many unique alternatives for pizza. My wings were fantastic.

We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas both with extra cheese and sauce plus other toppings on one and an order of cinnamon rolls it cost 90 plus dollars with 20% tip the pizzas combined weight was less than 2 and 1/2 lb hardly any cheese or sauce on either one even though we ordered extra of both. it was a joke they offered $10 off my next order there won’t be a next order
