Our order was not quite ready upon arrival; however, perfection takes time, and our pizzas were delicious.
The only concern was that the employee working at the drive-thru was wearing dirty blue latex gloves. Perhaps the person should be reminded to change their gloves more frequently.

First time going to donatos, amazing! A pizza place with swag. A lot of space to bring friends and open windows looking at trees. Dark colors of tables match perfect with orange interior color of lamps.

Shawn helped me with an order that was charged that I wasnt able to pick up. His helpful attitude and his follow-through were amazing. I wanted to highlight his great work ethic. He didn’t just say “Call corporate.” He helped through everything. This location is worth visiting as long as he is there. 🙂

We had a horrible experience when we ordered our food at 10:10pm. We got there a few minutes early and they gladly took our money then proceeded to let us wait 15 minutes on an order that we saw was sitting there. When one of the managers came to the window, he didn’t care that we had waited and gave us warm (not hot) food. When I left bad feedback, the store manager reached out and offered us a $20 credit. So, we tried them again, unfortunately. The manager there acted like he couldn’t find the credit until we produced an email. He then proceeded to raise the price to take off the deal and play games. So, I guess they’ve redefined what a credit is. There won’t be a third time at this store, no way.

Well, we ordered twice. The first time the type of pizza we got was wrong but everything else was right. The second time the dessert was really wrong (came as simple bread twists, no icing and sprinkles to make it into a dessert);and the salad was completely wrong as well.
The food that was correct was good. However that number of mistakes is unacceptable.
We will not be ordering again.

Love this place. Food is always hot people are very nice. If you dine in. They are very inviting. Nice quiet spot to chill and eat. Sodas are always fresh. Would recommend to anyone great pizza

Wow where to start let’s start with service the guy really didn’t seem interested in taking my order then I ordered my food told them well done on the pizza it wasn’t well done. Pizza tastes like cardboard I’ve had better frozen pizza. Also I got the meatballs he said you want the shareable I said sure I get home and it’s a tiny container big enough for one person. The flavor for the meatballs was not very pleasant and neither was the pizza. Very disappointed I used to love the pizzas.

Hands down, my favorite pizza. I don’t get Donatos very often. I go there every now and then because it is a little on the high side of prices for my budget to eat on the regular. So when I do splurge, it’s that much better since I hadn’t had donatos for a while.

Myself and several family members visited the Brant Pike location this evening. We were celebrating my sisters birthday so I brought a cake and some plates along. Everyone at this location was great! We had contact with at least four employees and all of them were really nice and went above what is typically seen in food service lately. It wasn’t just us either. We were there for a few hours so I saw interactions with other customers as well. It was a really nice laid back experience with great pizza. Thanks everyone!
