Big shout out to Kathleen at the front. She helped me with my birthday drink and navigating how to do that. They recently renovated this location so it’s more open light and airy. There were a lot of people working on their computers and making use of the space.

I’ve never had a bad customer experience at Starbucks but Sally at the Goleta one broke that record
She gave me the worse attitude
I need Starbucks customer service to contact me I came to get a refund for a coffee that your store messed up
I explained to Sally they messed up my order and I told her I paid 6 dollars for that coffee she offered to refund me $2 condescending she goes “well that’s what you ordered “
I thought she was joking I asked to speak to a store manager and get college said she was the night supervisor. No way!
Sally is not suitable for this role she argues with her guests over a $6 refund
Genuine question is the $6 refund coming out her check because the way she argued over it looks like it is!

Nice, small location in Goleta, CA. This location has indoor and outdoor seating, but no drivethru. Don’t let that detour you the staff here is friendly and speedy. On Sundays you can catch the local farmers market right out front.

Currently sitting here trying to work and all you hear is loud inappropriate gossip with three of the female workers. I work in customer service and I understand if it’s slow you chat with your coworker but to be that loud and disrupting is extremely unprofessional. You can talk quieter, no one else needs to hear. They did a great job with the remodel but I will not be coming back to this location due to the unprofessionalism with the employees. I think people forget this is a job first and foremost.

Excellent service, especially considering that it was Red Cup Day! The staff was extremely organized and got orders out to customers in a very timely manner. I ordered three drinks and was in and out within 15 minutes. I’ve never had such a good experience on Red Cup Days with other locations so I was afraid it would be chaos once I realized what I had walked in to, however, I don’t think it could have gone any smoother.
