Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. We placed an order online, was told it would take about 20 minutes. We get there right on time and are told that they didn’t start our order, and that it should be ready in 20 minutes. We go back after 20 minutes and it still isn’t ready. Everytime I walked in, I was asked the name of my order and they acted as if they had never met me before. Waited a total of 45 minutes for our order. Another customer in there had been waiting for over an hour and they refused to give him a refund. We got the open faced calzone, with TWO pieces of salami and no ham. I included a picture. We also got the deep dish pepperoni and sausage pizza, and no surprise, it was cold coming out of the store. Had to reheat it in the oven because it was so cold and the cheese was barely melted, they must’ve been rushing since we’d already been waiting for 40 minutes. Our drive is less than
10 minutes. Never coming back to this location again, I’d only heard bad things, but this was the closest location to us, so we tried it anyway. Won’t make that mistake again. Save your money and go to a different location!!!!!!!!!

We ordered online. The food was ready on time, fresh & hot. The flavor is very good. We got a large hand tossed pizza and Bacon Jets bread. There is a good amount of toppings. They offer a discount if you text in your order.

I ordered a carry-out pizza to be ready at 5:15 on New Year’s Eve. On arrival I waited in a short line to get to the counter, gave my name, and they gave me the pie – right on time (I had paid online). It was tasty with that signature crust crunch. Nice job, Harrison Ave crew!

Called in a delivery order, gave all my card information, they said all good-order will take 40 minutes to an hour. After waiting an hour wondering where our food is we called and asked- the woman told us they called 5 times, they called ONE TIME and left a voicemail telling us if we don’t answer in 2 minutes they’re taking our food back to the store. we, in fact, did not receive any calls from the store number, it was a random number that left the voicemail. They said they delivered it to the last delivered to address, which was my work location. She then hung up without getting the correct address AGAIN and had to call back to place the order AGAIN with the correct address. She told us they no longer have delivery drivers and have to use doordash. Now I have no time frame for my food to be delivered, will probably have to wait another hour or more.

Pizza was okay, could’ve been better. We got the wrong pizza given to us & when I called about it I was just told “okay.” So I drove all the way back (20 minutes) just to wait another 15 minutes for my pizza to come out correct. Which was avoidable to me because I tried to call & get the pizza put in the oven again. Everyone seemed scattered & unsure of what was going on.
