Maia Papaya is an absolute gem!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
The food was phenomenal, but the service somehow managed to be even better. Christina was incredible. She gave the best recommendations and was so patient and accommodating while I was ordering, which genuinely made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.
The food was so unbelievably fresh and clean.
You can tell real care goes into the ingredients and the preparation. As someone who eats gluten-free, I was especially impressed by how many great options they had and how confident and helpful the staff was about it.
Welcoming atmosphere, amazing food, thoughtful service. This place is doing everything right!!

We were visiting Mount Washington in the late fall of 2024 and somehow took the route via Bethlehem and stopped at this cafe. It is quite difficult to find vegan savory options that isn’t just some meat alternative, but to find such amazing food in what then felt like the middle of nowhere was a blessing. I don’t know if I will ever visit this place again. But the coffee, the charming interior and the cheesy bean pie will forever be in my heart.

A delightful and refreshing experience! I loved every dish I tried — the chia pudding, veggie panini melt, and cupcake. Everything was fresh, delicious, and completely vegetarian. Highly recommended!

I went in there half asleep while on my solo camping trip to see the fall foliage. The kind human that was at the register I told to literally suprise me as long as it was vegan I left with a delicious coffee and an amazing burrito! Took a nice dessert for the road! Definitely will be getting me through my hikes today and will be returning if I’m up this way again!

Cute little cafe in downtown Bethlehem. Love that they are vegetarian. Husband had a bagel with two eggs and cheese, and I had the chia pudding. Both delicious. Only recommendation works be to please use unsweetened coconut on the pudding as it was so sweet.

Cool little coffee shop right in downtown. The staff was super friendly – something we’re not used to living on the seacoast
The shop is cute, inviting, and has inside and outside seating.
I had one of their specialty lattes (white chocolate pumpkin spice), a muffin, and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was amazing!
Two of us ate breakfast for $40. A pretty good deal in 2025!
Looking forward to our next visit!

Great pastries and delicious coffees. Coffee was served scalding, so be extra careful!!
Friendly staff. Just Ok setting inside. Outdoor seating seems nice on a beautiful fall day. Overall, I would recommend.
Parking is limited.

Absolute gem! Panninis were sooo good! Coffee was the best we’ve had in the area. All Vegan order with no issues or questions. Will be back!

Everything I want in a breakfast sandwich with good quality ingredients and veggies. The bagel might not have been a true nyc style bagel, but hey, we’re a long way from nyc.
