If you’re looking for good, fresh food, this is NOT the place. I ordered the Bo bites (chicken nuggets) and they were so old and dry, at first glance it looked like I got chicken livers and they don’t even sale those. My friend got the 2 piece for $5.99 and same thing, dry and old. He asked to trade it for the fresh chicken they had just put in the hot window and the girl flat out said no, so I definitely wasn’t asking for fresh nuggets. And I thought they made nuggets as they were ordered. So we paid $20 for old dry chicken. Needless to say, I ate fries and a biscuit and left and got chicken tenders at Weigel’s.
The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, and they had 2 large pans full of chicken and a huge pan of Bo rounds just getting old and dry. Which also explains why the Bo rounds are always cold, soggy, and stuck together. Living in Powell it’s convenient but from this point on I’ll drive to karns because you don’t have to request fresh food there, it’s just fresh and everyone is friendly. The friendliness is hit or miss in Powell.

Absolutely do not recommend. I could say a long paragraph, but the ignorance at this place, the lack of urgency, freshness, and customer service is absolutely insane. I’m not sure how this place is running other than that it’s next to 3 schools and is the closest fast food place. Save the trip and your money. Wait until Culver’s opens up the road on Emory by Aubrey’s. Way better service and food.

Food is awesome and on-par with a good Bojangles quality. Biscuits are consistently fresh. However, VERY often, this location will run out of tenders or fried chicken for sandwiches, and you’ll have to wait for 15-25 minutes for an order that includes those. In the end, I appreciate their willingness to serve freshly-made food; but if you’re in a hurry, this may not be the place. Otherwise it’s great!

Let’s see first I come in to order my food and no one Informs me that they are out of ketchup when they let you order your bowaround. Then I get my butter biscuit my water an my sausage, biscuit and the lady says that they’re out of bow rounds that she would give them to me when they got done. Well, after we’ve eat Sausage Biscuit and butter biscuit went back up to the counter to ask the manager for my refund on my bow rounds that I never did receive.She tells me that she cannot refund money.

Well, if you are looking for decent food and service, this is not the place. We ordered and pulled to the window to be told pull ahead for fresh fries. No problem right?! We waited close to 10min for food. When we got home, the fries were the only thing edible. Gravy was minimal on gravy biscuit and all was cold with under-cooked sausage in the gravy. I use this location for convenience but I will just have to drive past it to go to another Bojangles in the future. This is a normal occurrence at this location.

Waited 15 min for this. 12 tender family meal. $25. The chicken was dry and over cooked. Chicken nugget style. Lost my business for life. People work hard for there money. And feeding your family is pretty important. Thanks you for showing me why not to come to any Bojangles. No stars is what I would give you if I could.

Order in the drive-thru 2 bo chicken sandwich combo the bread was hard the chicken was cold once I got home, 4pc supremes and the biscuit that comes with was hard as a rock. Took 20-25 mins for my order.
