If I could have given a – star I would have. For starters the back of the counter look horrible. While understanding that it’s very busy it can take a second to sweep the food and trash!!!!! The entire back looked a mess. No one is wearing a hairnet. And Chavanna is so nasty and rude!!! Before me she was nasty and the minute I got up to the front she had an attitude. I got a cold half done burger, medium rare inside, cold fries and terrible service!! This place need to be shut down and get some new employees that takes pride in working here.

Ah, the iconic Burger King at Terminal 3 of Fort Lauderdale International Airport. I’ve only eaten here once but I feel like this is one of the places where that’s all you need cause WOW this place is ALWAYS packed. Both times I had a flight at morning and one late evening and it was just filled to the absolute brim. I feel like they are not properly staffed for the sheer amount of people that show up. Surely, the INSANE sales make up for the labor? Anyway, the actual burger and meal was the Burger King usual, so of unknown quality. The employees are decently tempered for the situations they have to deal with. Overall, I’d say if you really want Burger King and you’re craving that iconic taste, this place is well your only option.

Although I didn’t have any issues, there were so many other customers who did. One lady watched them send our 6 orders she patiently said “maam I’m just missing my drink” the worker told her ” one moment maam” made a stank face and proceeded to bag another 4 orders and walk off. Another employee walked up, and the lady asked for her drink again. They made two other drinks for people who ordered way after her and then gave her hers. If the woman would have snapped she would’ve had a valid reason. They kept serving off orders that weren’t passed out. I was number 211 and 201 was still waiting when I got mine. I know it’s hard finding good work but when I come to restaurants and see young people working im instantly discouraged and my expectations are lowered. This was no different. Do better.

Contrary to ratings, the service was quick and food was good overall and comparable to other burger king places. Kiosk ordering makes everything easier. The only thing I did not understand was how they went out of stock for 8 chicken fries while 12 chicken fries were still available. That was just curiosity, I did not intend to order chicken fry anyway.

They don’t offer cold water & I was quickly told don’t ask. No water? Just poisonous soda juice? Man, so much for BK have it your way. Lol clearly, these kind id reviews have been left before & management doesn’t care. They enjoy soul sucking the life from your wallet. Nevermind if you don’t like it. Never again

Food wasn’t up to BK standards. Fries weren’t salted. Two fries and two whopper juniors took 38 minutes to prepare. Beware if there is a long line here.

I had a layover at this airport & had to eat something, so I went with the “safe” option. I ordered their fiery royal crispy, small fries, & a Mountain Dew. I was expecting a chicken filet but the sandwich was pieced together with two well seasoned chicken tenders. It’s already a messy sandwich (something to consider), so the tenders made it even more difficult. Another faux pas was the fact that the “chicken” was weirdly stringy, but the texture just gave artificial. The fries & fountain drink was fine. All in all, if you have a connecting flight, maybe try a your luck at the airport &/or eat before you arrive.
